Getting answers from the help desk is slow. When they do answer it is a fix. Scroll bars are miniscule! This slows me WAY DOWN

I have been using My Tax Prep Office for four yrs and it is always getting better every year, the software is easy to work with and customer service is always kind and courteous.
I bought software from Mrs. Johnson in sales really helpful and outgoing and willing to help with the right choice and ask questions so you can buy the right software for your benefits. Mr. Carter is really helpful too in the support center for questions and how to use the software and like for example, can I file State taxes independently the answer only if you file using the software my tax pre office you are able to file independently when you file your federal with my tax pre office if you file with different software you can do the state taxes but need to file by mail. If you file federal taxes with my tax pre office then you can do the state independent any day. Mrs. Carter too the time to answer all my questions in a professional way. I have a 2-year degree in accounting and I took lot of business classes in high school and in college which have help me a lot in my experience and I keep learning more by using this software and with the strong support my tax pre office offers I think it will work for anyone even if you don't have a degree you can learn how to use this software with the support this company offers and the staff is great they answer by phone or online chat and screen share which is nice and available and answer fast and responsive.
I was great, I did not lost time, It was fast and I could resolve my issue. Really thankful about my experience today with the rep.
