Jessica was wonderful. She shared her vast knowledge of the My Tax Prep Office Software input including new features, short cuts, and other nuggets which I am sure will increase my productivity this year.

I used the product for the 2019 tax year, however, I did it with no pre-training and spent an awful lot of time on both the Chat and telephone support lines.

I am also very pleased with the updates and improvements added to the product.

MyTaxPrepOffice is top line tool for entrepreneurs and help them to add value to their clients. The client portal and signature pad options save time and increase efficiency. Christine was an excellent trainer in helping me get setup and confident in running my office. Lindacg

Jessica answered all my questions... even ones I didn't know I had! After speaking with her, I feel like I'm ready to tackle tax season with this new software, and I know if I have any issues in the future I'll be able to get the answers I need.

As a tax accountant I first subscribed to MyTaxPrepOffice.com in 2016 and have been using it ever since.
It is an easy to use software with a nice interface!
Each year, slight improvements are added.
The the customer support is professional!
I like the fact that I can send a message to the support team and get and answer in about 48 hours.
MyTaxPrepOffice is very affordable for personal income tax and LLCs.
It will also prepare C-Corp and S-Corp returns.
I would definitely recommend MyTaxPrepOffice to any tax preparer!

Ms. Kachjae from the support team helped me with my one on one training and it was phenomenal. She made it very personable and I appreciate her patience and ability to answer all of my questions. I actually switched from Taxwise because this software was more reasonable and it has more features. I love the idea of being able to change the colors and also see everything on one screen. Plus the forms are listed when you type them in. I cannot wait to be able to interact with my clients via text and email directly from this software. I am a proud client; this is a great company and I look forward to doing business with them forever!

I am writing to detail the phenomenal support assistance I received from Jessica today. She called to assist with my software setup as a new user/client of MyTaxPrepOffice. She not only provided a thorough working knowledge of the software features, but she also was able to answer any questions that I presented. Jessica also was able to clearly explain "the why" of a particular strategy. I LOVE IT.

Incidentally, she and another tech support individual( many thanks to him too) were able to resolve an issue I had with printing from the web. This problem would have eliminated my ability to print my prepared returns, By Jehovah's grace, they fixed the problem.

Beginning with my experience with the sales personnel who signed me up to work with you to my interactions with Jessica today, I have felt taken care of by professionals and a company that cares.

Kachjae did an amazing job walking me though the navigation of the program. She is very pleasant and has an amazing personality. She is extremely knowledgeable.
