If you're brand new, starting out, and looking for software to use, MyTaxPrepOffice is a great point to start with. Their customer service knows what they're doing and will help you with tips that they have to make the software customized to your advantage.

I am a first timer user of MyTAXPrepOffice. Bethany did a great job in leading me through the set up and showing me the process of preparing returns and the means of communications with clients. I would highly recommend MyTAXPrepOffice.

My trainer appeared to have adequate understanding of the subject matter and was very patience with me.

I have been using this software for my business and personal tax return clients for the last few years. It is much more affordable than the other programs. They provide all the services I need and more. I love that you can lock in your price year to year so you don't have to worry about a large increase like the other programs I have tried. You have the option of doing the returns through the interview process or forms mode which is helpful especially with new client returns.

The customer service has been awesome. This is my first year with MyTAXprepOffice software and they are so helpful in guiding me with the software and they have many you-tube videos to help with the process too.

Software is very user friendly and customer service is very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this product to others.

Completed my office setup, and one on one training and so far I am super impressed with the representatives and the software, super light, fast, nimble and robust with tons of features and ways to start, resume and complete a tax return from any screen or field. The interface (and the ability to customize); the client interface piece of it; the internal controls for documents, notes, etc ---- just great stuff all around. Highly recommend! Although I have yet to start the 2020 tax year with the new software, I am very happy with the one on one training and the training videos. If you have used another tax software, many features are very similar. I was peviously with TAXWISE. I think that it was a very good software, but MyTAXPrepOffice has more features for a better price. I used to have a separate portal for my clients to use for security, but the portal is built right in to MyTAXPrep. There is also an after the fact payroll feature that looks very handy for quarterly reports.

Year after year these wonderful people never cease to amaze me!
They make my tax prep easier with their excellent support and knowledge.

Truly enjoy using this software. The ease of use is amazing with the colors organizing sections on the pages. Everything is so organized and simple to see and utilize. Ive had other software that seems more confusing than this one! You should give this a try! I love using it and enjoy the ease as it truly is fun to use and help others with their returns, I've had no issues ever. Exceptional!
