I'VE USED THE PROGRAM FOR SEVERAL YEARS AND AM PLEASED IT'S CAPABILITY TO HANDLE MY TAX PRACTICE. VERY PLEASED WITH THE RESPONSE OF THE SUPPORT STAFF WHICH I CONSIDER CRITICAL TO RUNNING MY PRACTICE.

I have been using My TAXprepoffice for 10 years and have gotten EXCELLENT service fron ALL areas! From the beginning till the end. Always polite and professional, and definitely up to speed on the technical side. And the service doesn't just stop at the end of tax season, they are there for you till the next seasons begins! Amendments, extensions, You name and they Will answer it!

When I first switched from the other company I didn't think I was going to like MyTaxPrep Office. I noticed later in the year that as I learned the new system it got somewhat better so I renewed for year 2. I began to feel a little better during this time. Now just after beginning the third year the new upgrades has made a world of difference. The new audit review is wonderful and finds even the smallest of issues even those that don't effect e-filing. I'm now a beliver in this system and very happy with the product and price.

I have been in business for forty years and have used several different tax software packages over the years. I was skeptical about using this software because of the low price. But after giving it a try I was impressed with its excellent performance. There is great customer service and online training videos. Their updates are outstanding. When IRS announced a change to taxing unemployment income, TaxPrep was right on target to update their software. I recommend you switch to this excellent product. I was glad that I did. I have been using TaxPrep software for over 5 years now and it is still the best value, the most immediate customer support and easy to use. If you already know how tax laws and how to prepare returns this software works in conjunction with your expertise. If you are struggling to learn you should take their training before attempting to file returns. You have to be able to calculate returns on paper as well just in case there are any hiccups and you can still give your clients the correct information until the software is updated. It updates as soon as the IRS posts its updates.

IVE NEVER BEEN MORE IMPRESSED WITH A SOFWARE PROGRAM THAT I AM WITH MYTAXPREPOFFICE. THE CUSTOMER SUPPORT GOES ABOVE AND BEYOND ANY SUPPORT THAT I RECD WITH PROSERIES. YOU ARE DOING YOURSELF A DISERVICE BY NOT CHANGING TO THIS SOFTWARE PACKAGE. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!

This is my first year using the software, although I had a bumpy start customer support has been available to me on a few occasions. Customer service has been knowledgeable and really good to work with. I would recommend MyTaxPrepOffice.

Whatever you are paying him is not enough. He is very knowledgeable, professional, and quick. He solved my problem, gave me some cool work arounds and did all very quickly.

She found another return of the same name that the one I was looking for but since I found the first, I didn't look any farther, never thinking there might be another of the same name. She was very pleasant and helpful.

DO NOT PURCHASE! I purchased this program in november. I wasn't completely crazy about it but since it was supposedly going to give me the ability to work remotely with ease i went ahead with it. Well the first day of the tax season the program basically crashed and continued with the problem for days. Even when it was supposedly resolved it was still slow. I was then told hey it is "pretty much stable". Since i couldn't risk my business on a system that is pretty much stable and still running too slow for the pace i have to complete returns on a daily basis not to fall behind i requested a refund which has been denied due to their BS 14 day refund policy. So the way they set it up no one could ever really request a refund. Because who purchases tax prep software just 2 weeks before tax season? It was only when i really needed the software to perform it completely ruined my life. I still haven't been able to catch up from the back up it has caused me. Ultimately i had to purchase a different software program. Suggustion for sitejabber. Please add zero star option. One star is too high for mytaxprepoffice. REPEAT: DO NOT PURCHASE

I am running on 1g internet speed. I have disabled any virus and firewall protections and taken what I can out of active memory. Yet, you have to sit and wait for their servers to download. You get page unresponsive three + times. The program has a lot of nice features but it is completely wasted when it takes you 4X longer to complete a simple return. As a return gets more involved, the new form download time gets even worse. I can only recommend this to preparers who have very good tax knowledge of tax form flow thru, and who are doing simple uncomplicated returns. Even then you don't want to have a client sitting in front of you where it takes 3 hours to complete a relatively uncomplicated return. You should check to make sure that the software does what it should and not rely on the program to be 100% correct. One nice thing about this program and it helps compensate for any program problems or incorrect flow thru is that it lets you override the program in most instances. I chose to switch to this program as I am winding down my tax prep days after 42 years and could not justify the cost of full blown tax package again this year as the number of tax returns has decreased since I stopped adding new clients over 8 years ago. The cost savings were not worth the multiple problems that this software presented.

I was just on the phone with Jesiah with tech support. I have normally always had great help from others on this team. Today Jesiah helped me get to the bottom of a line issue I was having on a schedule. He was direct and helped me resolve this issue. I felt that he really cared about me.

Every time I have actually called in and had more in depth questions or advice for the company they have taken it and reviewed the suggestions as well HELPED ME OUT. GREAT company and SUPPORT
