I'm a tax preparer with about 100 Clients and I've been using MyTAXPrepOffice for the past 5 years. It's easy to use and the support is great. They also have tutoring videos you can look at if somehow you get stuck while preparing a return. Price is a great value compared to other tax software. I recommend this product wholeheartedly

My first year with the Company was for the 2019 tax season. I did not know what to expect. I liked the direct support a lot. I used them a lot. There were a lot of calculation issues. There were a lot of issues with the same item not working the same in other tax returns of similar nature. There were times when I would finish a return...e-file it... and maybe print it again later and the numbers would have changed. I had to do too many over rides. BUT, I gave them the benefit of the doubt being a newer company. Fast forward to just finishing the 2021 filing season (I say just finished because I have a few stragglers). Most of the issues I had problems with in the past have been fixed. There are still those that pop up now and again (especially with States) that have to be worked through, but typically are fixed within 24 hours. I still have to do a few overrides, but nothing compared to 3 years ago. There are still a few small recurring issues, but I have learned what they are and where they are. I prepare over 700 returns. I am a solo practioner in the industry going on 36 years. Even the software I used before had a few issues. I feel 2022 will be even better then 2021 as they continue to upgrade, improve, etc their product. I only wish they had a better client organizer that could be sent to the clients to help them organinze their stuff. But, I have worked around that as well. I am in for the long haul and expect better things in the future (And I am not even using the client portal yet!)

Ms. Temeka was a great instructor and answered all my questions. This system gets five stars for ease of use and is way better than my former software. We ran out of time during the training and Temeka found a way to schedule me to complete the last 30 minutes, that same week. She was very helpful and knew how to navigate the system well. I would definitely recommend her as an instructor! My name is Montoya Baylis and I have had my business, The Piggybank Tax Notary LLC for two years by purchasing this software, when compared to my former software package, I am now soooo excited to do taxes this season. Everything that I will need or think I might need seems to be already included within the software from sending organizers to texts confirming a client's refund acceptance.

I am new to this software and I just want to say that so far the support they have been giving me has been exceptional. The sales associate, the training and the conversion support I just got was amazing. Thank you everyone specially Siguard, Eleazar and Konrad for helping me for 2 hours with the conversion today. I look forward in working with you.

The software seems very intuitive and offers a lot of extras e.g., a portal. I have not yet officially used it, but trained today with D Martinez who did an excellent job using test clients to show me how the software worked. I feel very positive about my purchase! Tax season here I come

The name of the coach who called me to train me was David Martínez.
David was very kind and very professional.
David explained to me all the functions related to this program and answered all my questions without any problem or difficulty with very good skill and slowly so that I had enough time to absorb and take notes of each point that he explained to me.
I can say that the experience I had, exceeded my expectations.
In my opinion, I believe that the staff working in this company are highly qualified.
