Thibault was kind enough to assist with setting up our MyTax Prep Office software and getting things moving in the right direction. It's always a bit confusing at the beginning of tax season so the patients of Thibault was greatly appreciated and his knowledge of how to maneuver around the forms and setup was great. The software is pretty straightforward but needs a little practice using if you are coming from a different tax software platform. Will be happy if we have Thibault assist us again in the future if needed!

In filing out the state you have to put the local name otherwise the program will not calculate it.i put a ticket on that issue

I am a full time tax professional and I prepare about 50 personal returns and 4 business returns as a side business. I have been able to do all that I need to do using the software since I began using it in 2019. The developers work with you to fix any legitimate issues that you bring to their attention. One example is when you take a credit for taxes paid to another state in IL or IN, you must attach a copy of the other state return to the home state return. Since I efile all of my returns, there needed to be the ability to attach those returns. They added the feature when I first began using the software in 2019.
I've been trying to solve the problem of this software being so slow on my computer for over 8 months. Had computer geeks in my office, had everything checked from RAM, graphics card, software, Chrome issues...and many more. He patiently worked with me to narrow down the problems. There were quite a few from AVG Antivirus/driver updated to graphic updates and so much more. Now not only is my tax software working up-to-par but the computer as well. Now I am more than happy to renew this tax software this year (again) whereas before I didn't want to touch it even if it was free.

I have been working with mytaxprepoffice for a long time and they get better and more easily to work with.
After 23 years of using another software I finally switched. MyTaxPrepOffice saved me time and my clients could get their advance check before they left my office. That made my business grow, and I did more clients last year then I did while using the other software. It was hard for me to switch, but I did, and I do not regret it.
