First of all MTPO is an awesome software. Rafael was outstanding, respectful, very patient and provided excellent customer support. He listened to my concerns and then navigated through the software with ease and was able to assist me in finding solutions to my questions about creating a amended return and using the invoice product. He should be an valuable asset to your MTOP customer support team.
Kasandra who help me this morning was patient and kind. Help me with my situation right away. Also answer a few questions and show me how to navigate and look for I was asking for. Thank you so much Kassandra. Only observation; would like to see a Portal app for taxpayers where they can review the final document and sing at ones. Not to have a separate pad for signatures.
