I've had previous experience with other tax softwares but this one by far is the best I've used. I had my training done by Lissette and she was amazing and taught me alot! I'm prepared for the upcoming season and beyond.

I had a great experience with Chase he went above and beyond until he fixed my issue. I had talked to several people in support and they kept blaming the IRS and when I talked to the IRS they kept blaming TPG. Chase didn't stop until he solved the issue, found out where the client's check was, and we printed it for her. I have only been working with the client since February trying to resolve this problem.
Customer support is appreciated. Software can be accessed from anywhere. Easy to use.

Have used this software for several years. LOVE it with my Apple computer.
Would have give 5/5 except for the glitches. The same glitches over and over. For me it is the State C540. The program was put better when it first started. Also i prefer to speak to someone than try to find reading material through too many pages and too often it says it has not support
As a tax prep professional I would rather spend my time thinking about ways to save my clients money than trying to figure out what my tax software. This year I switched to MyTaxprepOffice reluctantly because I had not heard of them but I am SO glad I took the plunge and switched. Whenever I did not understand the software I could call or chat and get an immediate response. My previous tax software did not have the chat option and it took them a long time to get back to me plus they charged $20 for each efile submission ( both state and federal). I love how I can write individual letters to each of my clients and email them drafts of their taxes because most of my clients are in another state than I live. Thank you MyTAXprepoffice for thinking of ways to make my job easier so I can make my clients happier.
I USED FOR MANY YEAR PROSERIES SOFTWARE, IS EXCELLENT, BUT MYTAXPREPOFFICE IS ABSOLUTY VERY COMPLETED AND FRIENDLY
