Got tons of calls from multiple seo companies, but supernova was offering a much lower price than others, and explained the value of expanding my brand online. Well, it worked. Got lots of hits, phone calls, and jobs as a result of their service. Couldn't be happier.
I am not a customer of My Supernova but was reading the reviews, the first review of Tony's Tree Co in New Jersey was interesting. I did a little more research and could not find the company with a simple Google search let alone anything in New Jersey about them. This leads me to wonder who wrote the review & if it is even a legitimate company.
My name is Tony Giordano, I own Tony's Tree Co out of New Jersey. I have been with Mysupernova for a little over 6 months and I couldn't be happier. At first I signed up for their google ad program and was targeting a huge densely populated area in New Jersey. I was getting results, but not quite what I had hoped for considering the COST of the service. I contacted my representative, she was extremely helpful in strategizing and getting me in a smaller area so I could more a less get a better bang for my buck. I give this company five stars based on that and their customer service alone. I have been with Yodle ( competitor of theirs) and I got so so results but hated their customer service. Mysupernova is a win win for my company because A) Ive gotten more phone calls than with Yodle and B) the customer service blows yodles out of the water. Im writing this review mainly because I feel a responsibility to give back to a company thats helped me out so much.
I have been a client of My Supernova's for over a year now. I initially signed up with them in December 2012 for their AdWords program as I was having a lot of difficulty managing my own campaign. I have been scammed in the past by two SEO companies so I am a very hard sale. The thing that caught my attention was how intricately the salesman went over my goals with me. We talked specific cities/towns, which ones would benefit my company and which ones wouldn't. What finally had me sold was the salesman personally guaranteed me that within two business days, I would be able to physically see my ad on Google. No other SEO/Marketing company I had ever spoke to before had said that. I went out on a limb, signed up and have been a satisfied client ever since. I track all my phone calls that come in, and I have definitely had a noticeable difference from the internet since going live with Supernova. I would recommend them to any business owner who, like myself, struggles with computers and is looking for a company who can actually do what they say they're going to do.
I am a small business owner in Portland, Oregon and I am so glad I came across these guys! I get calls from numerous SEO companies all the time, but for the price of the service, I decided to go with My Supernova. As promised, a website was delivered in less than two days and they even walked through the website with me to make sure that it was exactly what I am looking for. Maybe My Supernova isn't for everyone, but they are not a scam and got the job done for me.
First off, I don't like the fact that they seem to mislead you into believing that you have a listing that is not fully setup yet... The very first impression is that this is a dishonest company and all the reviews seem to add up to the same thing. I keep receiving harassing calls about every 6 weeks even though I have requested to be taken off their soliciting list over two dozen times. Their sales staff becomes quickly combative every time that I ask to talk to someone who is in charge of taking me off their list. It's too bad that companies can continue to operate in this harassing manor.
SCAM... They talk a good sale and deliver nothing. Two months and $677.00 later and not one call from this Super Scam. Stay Away!
They promise the world, take your money and produce nothing. Stay away, total frauds. They do not even give you the courtesy of returning calls or emails. They even remove the cookie cutter web site that you paid for, once you complain. I will be suing these people and complaining every where i can, starting with Google, with whom they claim to be affiliated.
I went out on a limb and signed up with these guys, and at first, everything seemed good. They made nice promises and were supportive and responsive till about the second time I needed to talk with them. Be prepared to wait to be put on hold fro 5-10 minutes and then once they do pick up and you have talked, they say they'll call back in a week to update you, and 3 weeks later, nothing. So you call back, trying to be patient, and have to wait on hold again, and once they do pick up, "yea, we need one more month. We're right there". Ok. But I still want you to keep me updated. Nothing happens. They build a nice website (via outsourced labor) put you on the front page for the less popular keywords that you weren't really hoping for, and when you've finally had enough of the charade and tell them you want to cancel, they charge your card the next week! Learn how to do it yourself or find a computer savy friend. AVOID!
Customers are stunned with My Supernova's firmly fixed dedication to every web development service they provide. The websites they built are durable and fade-resistant because of the advertising campaign they use. Their SEO system is second to none, thus, making it the forte of their business. Their customer service assistants are friendly and professional. They don't bow down to pressure, the pressure bows down to them instead. I'm glad My Supernova is my SEO specialist.
This company stole my money and didnt do nothing what was promised. DOnt trust them! They will tell you what you wanna hear but will never do anything. They want to charge you 500 to set up your site and charge you 300 per month for google clicks but google clicks only cost $40 per month ths is straight rip off!

My Supernova is a "SEO" company that claims they will put you on the first page of google. My experience with this company is nothing but false claims. They never did what they say from begining to end. They are always quick to take your money, but never follow thru. Customer service is junk. They always tell you what you want to hear and never follow thru. From management to customer service reps, service is nothing but lies. They finally claimed they were refunding me and would correct service and give me 90 days service to fix problems. Just lies again. I have never received corrected service or received any refund. They now have my money and no service. Do not use this company. They do not do what they say and meets all criteria for fraud. We work hard for our money and they take it and don't deliver. If business says we will do this for this and does not deliver but continues to take your money after we have stoped services, they claimed they would refund, but have not, this is FRAUD. Do Not Use This Company!
