Nice wallet, came with hard to read print but customer service is fixing the issue and sending me a new one. Great service. Will see how new wallet comes out and leave further review.

I literally got the item a month after I ordered it, the item says "Glass art night light" but in reality its plastic and not as big as it looks in the photos. Never ordering from here again.

They don't tell you how long it'll take before the whole think is done meaning it actually takes many many WEEKS and they hide the fact that there's a hidden policy where if you don't receive your item and you want a refund they won't refund you! If the item is lost broken stolen whatever they don't refund you! Rude people who refuse yes REFUSE to give you HR NUMBER or CORPORATES because they are too scared! Cheap piece of $#*! plastic! Might as well smear $#*! on a piece of paper and hand it to your loved one! They could've been nice but no they had an attitude and tried to scam me of money, and now im not even sure I'll get my package in time or at all! Not a trust worthy place. Cheap does not mean better!

I purchased gifts on April 19th and it supposedly shipped on April 21st. It was supposed to take 5-7 days to arrive. Well today is April 30th! I have received NOTHING! And they have already debited my account. I am glad I did not fall for their scam to pay an additional $20 for expedited shipping!

I order my first wallet and I was unsatisfied with the product because the Pic it looks like a cartoon. I contacted the company and in a time manner they answer trying to take care my concern. I'm giving 4 stars because their costume service is excellent and when I receive the new wallet I will review the product it self.

I had a mistake with my product and they got back with me super quick and handled the situation perfectly. The product is great and such a cute gift :)

I had an excellent experience with Vera, who helped me with my issue with my package. With ensure another package being sent out to helping out with expedited for a special occasion. Would definitely buy from them again.

I had amazing customer service expectually from Vera, she's was amazing as this is my first time buying from them for Mother's Day and I was wondering how to track down my package as I wasn't fully understanding. She helped me understand and I really liked her in general, though I haven't got my package so I will give it 3 stars. About the site it was easy to navigate through. As I said I haven't gotten my package yet BUT when I do I will talk about the quality ect.

I read the reviews before buying, so I was 50/50 about buying anything. I ordered an anniversary gift for my hubby. A dog tag chain with a pic of my husband and I and a key chain with a pic of my husband and his Mom who passed away. The pics came out surprisingly great. I was actually scared to open the package, I thought it wasn't going to look too good. I was pleasantly surprised. And so was my husband. Not sure about the other items they sale, but those two came out great!

Personally I enjoyed this product and would consider purchasing another product from this company. They were very communicative throughout the entire buying process.

This is an amazing business they have great service and know the costumer is always right. Anyone who wants a beautiful personalized gift should go here and they will give you everything you want. My order was a beautiful peace of artwork and they captured it perfectly.

The shipping was not an issue but the product overall just lacked what we were expecting. It outlined certain areas that it shouldn't have and left out details in the faces especially our baby boys but the material of the wallet alone is nice but to pay the money for this product isn't worth it. The idea of it is awesome but the actual end product doesn't deliver that satisfaction that I was hoping for. My husband will love it because the idea behind it but as his wife I will be honest and say, I don't love it!

I bought a nightlight picture glass frame, and keychain. The keychain never came with my package. Also, the picture is not even glass! It's cheap plastic, and when I light it up, there is nasty stains on the plastic that won't come out. I'm honestly embarrassed to gift this to my friend. The display of the picture is pretty, but I ordered a nightlight, not a picture! I tried wiping the nasty specks of dust and it wouldn't come off. The only reason why I am reviewing this, is because the reviews on their website are too perfect and look fake. This is terrible what they are doing to future customers. This was not worth $35.

I ordered my item beginning of February and a month and half later and still have not received it! I emailed them so many times either no replies or when they do, they lie into your face. 5 days ago they said my ordered will be shipped in 48 hours and I contacted them today, they said it's not even been shipped. IN CONCLUSION 6 WEEKS GONE, MY ORDER STILL NOT PROCESSED! I'm glad I ordered from PayPal, otherwise I would never get my money back! SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM ALART ALART DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

Delivery is a little off... but the first wallet I order was very beautiful i just wish the customer service was better

Myphotowallet.com was easy to buy from. Love the way the puzzle came out. Great gift to give to any family. They have many different gift options to choose from.

I left instructions to be followed before my order was made, to be given a digital proof beforehand. I left it in the comments section, the seller choose not to follow my instructions and sent the order instead. When I asked for a refund, the seller didn't reply to my email and on messenger, he or she is being uncooperative. I have tried to work it out with them, the fault is theirs alone.
