Everything you try to do will have issues. It is a great idea, but the coders are a joke. Every time I try to do something It shifts something else funny, or I try to download it and it looks completely different, or it randomly deletes things. Seriously stay away. I spent about 10 hours longer than if I had just made my resume from scratch. I had the free trial and that wasn't even worth it.
I canceled and was still charged there monthly fee of $35.80. When I called I was told they did not receive that I had canceled. They will not give me my money back, what the hell. Do not use them!
And I all so put what happened on Face Book to get the word out.

After being lured into the " Free" Resume writing section, you are asked to pay a few dollars to print/ save your resume. That is reasonable for the service provided. Watch out that you don't inadvertently " sign up" for a monthly membership. It costs quite a bit more and if you don't notice you've signed up until you get your credit card bill, they won't refund it.

I used it one time I was charged 2.62 witch was fine the next day I was charged 1.35 so I unsubscribe, 12 days later they took $49.97 wtf. For what? SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM! Do not use this website, they will keep charging you after your 14 day trial, which is only supposed to cost 3.00. They keep your credit card information on hand, and continue to charge you after your 14 day trial because you were then automatically signed up for subscription renewal... even though you NEVER actually clicked a little button that says "Hey, sign me up and take all my money". No, instead there are buttons you have to SEARCH FOR and unclick. I called them up after I noticed this BS, and they said, non too politely, that I had 4 opportunities to unsubscribe for continued payments... but NOWHERE did I actually see any button that gave me that option.
This place is a SCAM.

Used the service once with the one time fee of $2.95. A month later I got a charge for $35 even though I only used the service one time. Apparently I was automatically signed up for a 14 day free trial which when not canceled is automatically renewed. I never received any sort of email informing me that I had been signed up for the trial- it was only when I called customer service I discovered this was the case-- and they did nothing to refund me. Complete ripoff.

DO NOT USE THIS SITE - signed up for a $1-2 one off fee to print the template. Didn't sign up for membership and still getting slugged 50 a month AUD approx since Sept - up to $150 currently and unable to find anyone to speak to to cancel. Emails come back error.

Terrible, absolutely not worth the $3 trial fee. I made up my resume using their premade job description tools, ran the analysis and was told - even using their own wording - that my resume only scored an 80% because my listings sounded too much like a job description. There were no suggestions on how to change wording, nothing to show where exactly your problems lie. Also, you see your entire resume on one page when making it, it's not until you pay and save it that you can see where page breaks are located. I had to completely re-edit my resume in order for it to flow and be usable. Horrible, horrible site. Completely worthless.

They get you to try out the service with a 14 day $1.45 trial.
I did that and played around with it for 30 minutes. I didn't even end up using that resume, because it did not help me improve the resume whatsoever. Not in content, or layout.
I thought it was fine, it just cost a dollar.
After realizing, I got charged 14 days later for the monthly membership, i called them (2 hours after my trial expired). I spoke to a representative who barely spoke english and would not refund me, so only ended up cancelling the account.
Basically, they provide a $#*!ty service, support and their goal is to scam you out of $36 because you don't know the trial gets upgraded automatically.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE AND COMPANY! I used this site to create a resume. Little did I know that this company fools you. I looked at my bank statement and saw monthly deductions of $35.80. I never approved of anything of this sort. I never received a email saying I was subscribed to the website and I never received an email saying that I will be charged monthly. This is a bad way to run a business. They are stealing from me and will soon steal from you! I called to get this resolved and had no luck. Customer Service has been a really bad experience.

PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE! I went to create a Resume using this account, and the same day I made the a Resume was the last day I was active on my account. This site fools you to believe that it was Free, unless you go over the 14 day trial. I was still charged $35.80 even though I never used the website after my original usage! I had been charged for 3 months before I even realized! And when I contacted customer support, the lady would not refund me my entire 3 charges, but only for one month. I got so frustrated that I asked to speak with a Supervisor, she said she would put me on hold, than just Hungup on my Face! This company is very rude and unprofessional! Customer service is great when you are leaving! But... I signed up for the trial in April didn't use anything I made that day and then didn't read the fine print that I would be charged automatically. Then never received another notice, overlooked the billing every month and finally cancelled it today after paying for 4 months at a whopping $140. It may not be their fault but I am in business for myself and know that customer billing should be better than that, not their fault but it is their problem; lots of people are less attentive than even I am but will be just as unhappy!. I learned my lesson the hard way but be sure that I will tell everyone who will listen to buyer beware! Not good business!

I made a resume, and when I went to print it said it was 2.00. So I agreed and paid to print. However, they decide to hide in small print that it enrolls you in a subscription that charges you 35.80 PER MONTH. Use another site! It's sad that companies need to trick people to get money. This is a total scam! I used 1 template to do 1 cv and it cost me £25 tried to close my account to stop them fleecing me out of more money but couldny find a way to do it. In the end I had to cancel my card. Unless you enjoy being ripped off avoid and look for a cv template that is actualy free!

It was just brought to my attention that I've accrued over $300 in the last 6 months from this site. I initially signed up to do a resume for $2. It was of poor quality and i never used it again. My bank suggested i cancel my subscription which i didn't even know i had! Every time i try to do so it brings me to an "error" page! My bank is now launching an investigation and i will be taking further legal action if necessary.

Answer: DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I am a very organized person who worked for the state that I reside in as an investigator. I had an injury and had to make a change in my career. I am very careful about getting pulled into scams, however, I felt that this would be a good opportunity to build a resume and cover letter that was more updated than when my original resume that I wrote years ago. First of all, the templates are not free. After spending a long period of time writing the perfect resume, I only had the option of spending $2.99 to have access to the resume/cover letter. I felt that was a reasonable fee for the use of the template. As I stated, I am very organized and manage my finances very well. I made sure that I went into my account and cancelled by subscription after 5 days of use so that I would not be charged the $29.99 for the month. Today, I checked my checking account and sure enough the $29.99 had been deducted. I immediately called customer service and they stated that my cancellation had not gone through and they had no notification of my cancellation. They were willing to give me back only $14.00 of my $29.99 back and then went on trying to sell me more offers. I was extremely angry and then spoke with a supervisor. He also argued that I had not cancelled. I went through the same steps to cancel my account while the supervisor was on the phone with me. Low and behold the cancellation went through! Obviously, this company has set up the cancellation process to fail and you will be charged the $29.00 anyway. I definitely learned my lesson! I had to threaten to have my attorney to get involved due to this company stealing money from my account before they agreed to reimburse my full $29.00. They could not give me a refund confirmation number for the remaining reimbursement. I as a Social Worker who advocate for people could not conscientiously could not write a review to warn people of this scam.
