It had been years since my friend composed a resume and she need help. I stumbled across MyPerfectResume and found it easy and cost effective. Once she had completed her resume and wanted to cancel her subscription we figured she would have to jump through a dozen hoops to get this done. Nope... That too was easy. Best of all, the customer service she received was incredible. Hats off to you guys. You've got a client for life and we both will want to share our experience with our peers. Yesterday and today I spent a lot of time using thieir website to build a resume... and when I went online today to finish it, my account did not show any resume work in progress. I was just thinking with great dismay that all was lost and I had to start over. First I got connected with Victor at customer service, and through calm questioning, and a lot of patience, he showed me how I not only had created 2 different accounts, one of them had a misspelled email address. He found my resume and helped me to keep only one corrected account open. He even gave some formatting and editing advice. The resume builder works ok, but don't expect it to work exactly like MSWord. If you are getting bogged down, don't waste time trying to figure it out yourself... customer service is there to back you up. Thanks, Voctor!

Extremely disappointing spent over an hour filling in the FREE resume builder just to get to the end to have them try and have you pay for what is advertised as free!

Why can't people just be honest about what hidden costs are and do things the right way with integrity. I'm sure there was plenty of fine print that I didn't read, but to put in a couple hours of "free" work and then have to pay to own it is ridiculous. Just tell me up front that it costs to own it. When I inquired I was told the "creation" is free. You just have to pay to print it or download it. Gee maybe I should have just taken my laptop around to places to apply for a job! Dumb

Paid a few bucks to be able to build resume. They trick you into charging you nearly 30 bucks a month Sneaky tactics! Unprofessional

It's funny now you want me to message you- I called and basically you told me sorry couldn't refund my money - made sure this service ( which I never agreed to) was cancelled. You operate a business doing sneaky tactics - shame on you

This site is a scam

First it says it's free, then when you finish building your resume they make you pay for it before you can download it, which was only a few dollars, so like a fool I paid it, now they keep charging my visa more and more money every month, they have stolen over $70.00 from me so far, I would NOT recommend this site to anyone, BEWARE!

Jessica helped me realize what I needed to recover my resume. After doing so, I called back and Peter helped me alter my resume to fit a new application. He was very patient and cordial, and I consider myself a tough case! We got my resume tweaked and all went well.

Charge less!

The template is easy to use, but I wish the prices were better. I think if they did not charge so much after the 14 day trial period they would keep more people from canceling the services. The customer service agent was very pleasant and helped me to cancel my account.
