BEYOND HELPFUL!

Lilliam was so polite and accepted helping me even when I was the one who made the mistake. She was very polite and sounded as if she was smiling while talking to me and I greatly appreciated that. She made sure I was satisfied before the conversation ended and I believe that is well worth a good review. Most service reps can be very short and rude but NOT here. IF there is ever any problem with their product don't hesitate to call.

A dodgy web with hiding fees. Even having an email from them saying that I want get charged cos there was nothing there (cos I've deleted the CV) at the end getting charged and they cant find the email they send me. Very angry..

It had been years since my friend composed a resume and she need help. I stumbled across MyPerfectResume and found it easy and cost effective. Once she had completed her resume and wanted to cancel her subscription we figured she would have to jump through a dozen hoops to get this done. Nope... That too was easy. Yesterday and today I spent a lot of time using thieir website to build a resume... and when I went online today to finish it, my account did not show any resume work in progress. I was just thinking with great dismay that all was lost and I had to start over. First I got connected with Victor at customer service, and through calm questioning, and a lot of patience, he showed me how I not only had created 2 different accounts, one of them had a misspelled email address. He found my resume and helped me to keep only one corrected account open. He even gave some formatting and editing advice. The resume builder works ok, but don't expect it to work exactly like MSWord. If you are getting bogged down, don't waste time trying to figure it out yourself... customer service is there to back you up. Thanks, Voctor!
