It's been a long time since I had to dust off the old resume. This step by step process was great help in getting to focus where I wanted it. Lots of choices and ways to customize it. Only thing I would change is the ability to size and space the individual sections. I loved the success meter at the bottom of the screen that showed the strength of my resume as I worked through it. Had to call for help at one point and got right through to a live person who talked me down off the ledge when I thought I had lost it all!

Should be 0 Stars! This company is a GIANT SCAM! Once you build a resume with their falsely stated FREE TEMPLATE - you must pay them a FEE in order to print or access it. SCAMMERS! If you agree to pay - even if you thinnk you are only agreeing to a one time charge like I did of $1.95 your bank accout will start being charged $24.95 monthly beginning the following month and continue each month!. I was stunned when I noticed these charges! Their customer service was NO HELP, They replied to my email with generic & vague statements and offered NO restitution for what they did. I am seeking legal assistance. Now for a refund of these unauthorized charges!

I did the 2 week trial- I called the day my 2 weeks is up to cancel and the lady says okay and try's to get me to subscribe to a different package I say no thank you. Now I look on my credit card and there is a charge of $48
I called to get it refunded and they say there is nothing they can do because I was already charged. I was never told I was charged again and if I was why was I offered a different package!? Awful customer service, I would have used the site again for $2.95 but for $48 per month that's a rip off!
Also prices are in American but since I'm in Canada they are higher. It didn't say anywhere on the site that they were in American funds

I found this company to be very efficient, friendly and patient. I called several times for different reasons regarding the building of my resume and each time the staff on the phone were professional and eager to assist. The wait times were reasonable if they were unsure how to solve a technical problem and the end result is they always resolved it. I would highly recommend this service as the various templates were great, lots of options and it is comforting to know you can call and get help when needed. I went on this site to design a new resume, the appearance was pretty good but the only problem I had was that I was not able to customize the body of the resume the way I wished to, which I unfortunately found out after paying the $1.75, and I ended up creating the website on Word myself and never opened the website again. I was also unaware that I had subscribed to it, and would be charged monthly. So today as soon as I saw the $24.95 charge I called customer care, he cancelled my subscription and said I would receive a refund. I really hope to see a refund. Thanks.

I signed up and my bank account was charged $2.00 "International Transfer Fees" continually! I canceled online but did not receive a cancellation number. I FINALLY reached them at *******348 to cancel. This is a total SCAM!

My call was answered right away by a young man (Wilfredo Rivera) he was very polite and patient and didnt mind repeating himself a couple times. He quickly cancelled my subscription and was even able to help me get a refund. I wish more customer service representatives were like him. He was very nice. Overall my experience was great. Will definitely be considering this in the future. Good job!

There are various templates to choose from with different job industries! There are some great action words you can choose from in order to boost your resume. Last, but Not least, you have access to personal resume technicians such as Mary or Victor, whom are patient, courteous, and bilingual (Spanish)and who are ready to make your experience much easier in formatting, and resume overview. Answer: DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I am a very organized person who worked for the state that I reside in as an investigator. I had an injury and had to make a change in my career. I am very careful about getting pulled into scams, however, I felt that this would be a good opportunity to build a resume and cover letter that was more updated than when my original resume that I wrote years ago. First of all, the templates are not free. After spending a long period of time writing the perfect resume, I only had the option of spending $2.99 to have access to the resume/cover letter. I felt that was a reasonable fee for the use of the template. As I stated, I am very organized and manage my finances very well. I made sure that I went into my account and cancelled by subscription after 5 days of use so that I would not be charged the $29.99 for the month. Today, I checked my checking account and sure enough the $29.99 had been deducted. I immediately called customer service and they stated that my cancellation had not gone through and they had no notification of my cancellation. They were willing to give me back only $14.00 of my $29.99 back and then went on trying to sell me more offers. I was extremely angry and then spoke with a supervisor. He also argued that I had not cancelled. I went through the same steps to cancel my account while the supervisor was on the phone with me. Low and behold the cancellation went through! Obviously, this company has set up the cancellation process to fail and you will be charged the $29.00 anyway. I definitely learned my lesson! I had to threaten to have my attorney to get involved due to this company stealing money from my account before they agreed to reimburse my full $29.00. They could not give me a refund confirmation number for the remaining reimbursement. I as a Social Worker who advocate for people could not conscientiously could not write a review to warn people of this scam.
