Great customer service

I had issues with a charge on my account. I called their customer service number at 7pm and they were able to help me out instantly. I got my full refund.

I used this site to make a resume and it was more than what I would have asked for! After the initial fourteen-day period for the resume access, I was charged twenty dollars. One call to the company and the gentleman on the other line cancelled my subscription and gave me a full refund! Thank you so much!

It's been a long time since I had to dust off the old resume. This step by step process was great help in getting to focus where I wanted it. Lots of choices and ways to customize it. Only thing I would change is the ability to size and space the individual sections. I loved the success meter at the bottom of the screen that showed the strength of my resume as I worked through it. Had to call for help at one point and got right through to a live person who talked me down off the ledge when I thought I had lost it all!

FRAUD

Initial amount was taken from account, no problems, now a further £23.34 has been taken 2 weeks later, no response from Freephone number, this is surely fraud

Amazing!

I recently found myperfectresume.com when I was trying to write a cohesive resume. I have scattered work experience and wasn't sure how I was going to format my resume to best suit my work history. My Perfect Resume not only helped me figure out which format was best, but they also gave me great wording to use in each section, using "action words". My resume is beautiful and I have already been called for two jobs!
Aside from my awesome resume, the customer service department is AMAZING! I have only had small dealings with them, but in this cold/technological world, it is sooo refreshing to have a considerate HUMAN element! Thank you My Perfect Resume!

Should be 0 Stars! This company is a GIANT SCAM! Once you build a resume with their falsely stated FREE TEMPLATE - you must pay them a FEE in order to print or access it. SCAMMERS! If you agree to pay - even if you thinnk you are only agreeing to a one time charge like I did of $1.95 your bank accout will start being charged $24.95 monthly beginning the following month and continue each month!. I was stunned when I noticed these charges! Their customer service was NO HELP, They replied to my email with generic & vague statements and offered NO restitution for what they did. I am seeking legal assistance. Now for a refund of these unauthorized charges!

This resume builder is absolutely amazing. It is super easy and very helpful through out the prowess of building it. I got a job 3 days after sending it out. Customer service was the best I've ever had and I would highly recommend this site to everyone!

Do not use!

I did the 2 week trial- I called the day my 2 weeks is up to cancel and the lady says okay and try's to get me to subscribe to a different package I say no thank you. Now I look on my credit card and there is a charge of $48
I called to get it refunded and they say there is nothing they can do because I was already charged. I was never told I was charged again and if I was why was I offered a different package!? Awful customer service, I would have used the site again for $2.95 but for $48 per month that's a rip off!
Also prices are in American but since I'm in Canada they are higher. It didn't say anywhere on the site that they were in American funds

Very supportive!

I found this company to be very efficient, friendly and patient. I called several times for different reasons regarding the building of my resume and each time the staff on the phone were professional and eager to assist. The wait times were reasonable if they were unsure how to solve a technical problem and the end result is they always resolved it. I would highly recommend this service as the various templates were great, lots of options and it is comforting to know you can call and get help when needed. Thanks for making a very stressful process more manageable:-)

Great customer service

I used My Perfect Resume to help my 20 year old grandson create an appropriate resume for his needs. He just returned from a 2 year volunteer mission for our church and the template we chose helped him showcase the job-related skills he learned during that time. He just started his new job.

I went in to cancel the subscription on the date it was to expire and saw that I had already been charged the $24.95. One quick call to Lilliam at MPR and the subscription was cancelled and my money refunded.

I would use My Perfect Resume again and would recommend it to others.

Insightful experience

I went on this site to design a new resume, the appearance was pretty good but the only problem I had was that I was not able to customize the body of the resume the way I wished to, which I unfortunately found out after paying the $1.75, and I ended up creating the website on Word myself and never opened the website again. I was also unaware that I had subscribed to it, and would be charged monthly. So today as soon as I saw the $24.95 charge I called customer care, he cancelled my subscription and said I would receive a refund. I really hope to see a refund. Thanks.

BEWARE!

I signed up and my bank account was charged $2.00 "International Transfer Fees" continually! I canceled online but did not receive a cancellation number. I FINALLY reached them at *******348 to cancel. This is a total SCAM!

Very good experience

My call was answered right away by a young man (Wilfredo Rivera) he was very polite and patient and didnt mind repeating himself a couple times. He quickly cancelled my subscription and was even able to help me get a refund. I wish more customer service representatives were like him. He was very nice. Overall my experience was great. Will definitely be considering this in the future. Good job!

There are various templates to choose from with different job industries! There are some great action words you can choose from in order to boost your resume. Last, but Not least, you have access to personal resume technicians such as Mary or Victor, whom are patient, courteous, and bilingual (Spanish)and who are ready to make your experience much easier in formatting, and resume overview. You just can't go wrong! Highly Recommended!

I was very pleased with the resume template I used. Used the site just during the trial period. In my excitement of getting a new job, didn't cancel before being billed for a subscription. Called to explain and Alex was very helpful in doing the cancellation and getting a full refund.
