I don't know what they afre doing. I was disappointed to find I had to pay to download the resume I made. But I paid. Oddly, they charged 1 transaction of 1.99 and a 2nd transaction of. 95 cents and an additional 1 cent. It is 12 days later and they just charged me 4.95 out of the blue. I called, but they are closed for the holiday. I used their form to ask for cancellation and a refund of the $4.95.

When I went to edit my resume as a Word document, for some reason the bullet points in the skills section wouldnt delete. The words by the bullet point would and the document would scroll back up again, but for some reason the bullet points stayed put.

Well I called to cancel my free trial and to get help with fixing my resume and I think I talked to Alex. He was super helpful who edited the resume on his end and fixed it to my liking. Then sent me all the different files of my new modified resume. And now that I know if I ever need an update in a year or 2 I can just pay an extra $10 for a week instead of paying for the whole month.

I have never used a resume builder service before. I think this is quite useful for individuals new to the job market.

Terrible on most counts.

I had a really poor experience with MyPerfect Resume.

1. The spacing on my resume was completely irregular, and impossible to fix. There were huge gaps between one job and another, and then, completely compressed in other places, without tools to fix this.

2. They don't list my degree. I have a PsyD in Clinical Psychology. They only list a PhD. It is actually illegal for me to list the wrong degree.

3. They don't tell you upfront that they charge for this product. I would be fine with paying for something decent; I just want to know upfront!

4. When I tried to call, the person on the other end of the phone was clearly not a native English speaker. By the third time I tried to spell my first name - Heather - I gave up.

While I like the idea they have -- of offering something with ideas about what to say (including your skills), they need additional formatting, additional degrees added (or an option to add your own), and native speakers for the help line.

In short, I would not recommend this service to anyone!

Superior resumes

I had not written a resume in over 25 years so when I needed to write my resume for a job I really wanted I used My Perfect Resume services and I am overwhelmingly happy. Not only did I get the job I wanted but i also recieved leads for other jobs and that blew me away. Great service
