Got my 25 years of experience on one page highlighting all the important stuff on one page. Yes loved it, so did my new employer.
I created this resume and paid the minimum, which was around $3.00. Definitely worth the small investment. The resume landed me a manager position at a hotel (within 1 day), and I have no manager experience; they just loved me and they LOVED the resume!
A few weeks later, they did charge my card about an additional $25. It was my misunderstanding! The $3.00 was to pay for the 14 day trial, and after that 14 days, they would charge the monthly fee of $25. (good to know!) The representative that I spoke with was absolutely wonderful! She was able to handle the misunderstanding within a matter of seconds and even refunded the account. Great customer service- keep it up!
With that, read the fine print; but know it's definitely worth the investment if your looking for the right job/career.

I called to cancel my account because I'm having difficulty downloading my resume I created. I spoke to "IN", the customer service representative and help me figure out the issue, he even helped me make my resume fit in one page, then offered to give me a discount and the benefits I will be getting if I decided to continue with my account. I needed a template for my resume and this site provided one that was quick and easy. My only gripe is that I couldn't download or print my finished resume unless I paid $1.95 for a service which would then auto renew I believe every 4 months for $24. I just needed the template and the download of the completed resume so I called customer service immediately after I got what I needed to cancel the service. The customer service agent I spoke to was helpful and friendly, and after explaining everything to me in detail, cancelled the service as requested. All in all my experience was positive.

Thats why i use a visa gift card whenever i go to site that sayu can cancel anytime. If they keep charging me they cant get anymore money cause its none there. I feel the site was good easy to use

Upon calling to ask a simple question, Angel went over and above his way, not only to give me an explanation of what I was unsure of, but also gave me (much like math) many and several examples over the phone, as to why it wouldn't exactly be the best idea for me to leave MPR, especially with the TON of other options which you truly DO have to offer, at the tip of our hands, and 24/7!
As I have taught my own 2 boys from childhood, 'Your TONE OF VOICE,' is 90% of your Customer Service, and more so when you're dealing with people over the phone!... Need I say much more?

Joel at Customer Care with MyPerfectResume was very patient and efficient. Although the system was stalling the course of the service Joel did not give up or tell me to call another time but took care of the issue. As far as help with writing the resume I think it is a great place to begin. Lots of good ideas and ways to tweak what you already have in existence if this is NOT your first time. Have not had a billing issue as of yet and am sensitive to these things so I will be on lookout after reading some reviews. However, their customer care onsite service was excellent. Very sweet, very patient and ultimately helpful.

I used My Perfect Resume to fine tune my outdated resume. It was very helpful and provided great feedback and tips. The editing tool was a little tricky, but overall I believe My Perfect Resume helped me clean up my resume and present a more professionally-formatted document. I canceled the service today since I no longer need to use it, and have given 5 stars in anticipation of a smooth cancel process. The customer service representative I spoke with was very helpful and I appreciated her not trying to put the "hard sell" on me.

Answer: DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I am a very organized person who worked for the state that I reside in as an investigator. I had an injury and had to make a change in my career. I am very careful about getting pulled into scams, however, I felt that this would be a good opportunity to build a resume and cover letter that was more updated than when my original resume that I wrote years ago. First of all, the templates are not free. After spending a long period of time writing the perfect resume, I only had the option of spending $2.99 to have access to the resume/cover letter. I felt that was a reasonable fee for the use of the template. As I stated, I am very organized and manage my finances very well. I made sure that I went into my account and cancelled by subscription after 5 days of use so that I would not be charged the $29.99 for the month. Today, I checked my checking account and sure enough the $29.99 had been deducted. I immediately called customer service and they stated that my cancellation had not gone through and they had no notification of my cancellation. They were willing to give me back only $14.00 of my $29.99 back and then went on trying to sell me more offers. I was extremely angry and then spoke with a supervisor. He also argued that I had not cancelled. I went through the same steps to cancel my account while the supervisor was on the phone with me. Low and behold the cancellation went through! Obviously, this company has set up the cancellation process to fail and you will be charged the $29.00 anyway. I definitely learned my lesson! I had to threaten to have my attorney to get involved due to this company stealing money from my account before they agreed to reimburse my full $29.00. They could not give me a refund confirmation number for the remaining reimbursement. I as a Social Worker who advocate for people could not conscientiously could not write a review to warn people of this scam.
