DO NOT USE they will rip you off, I paid to have a resume template and then I was automatically subscribed and charged $8.95 per week, once I realised this I went to cancel my subscription but there was no option to do So i had to send an email requesting they cancel my subscription, they didn't cancel it properly and continued to charge me for almost 2yrs they refuse to accept that they failed to cancel it after I requested and they refuse to refund the money they stole from my account.
I needed to make a resume, so I saw they were offering a "one-chance-only" sale of $1.14 to be able to download the finished product. I gave the credit card information and bam, I got to download it. Fast forward seven months later and I just NOW noticed that they have been continuously charging me 24.95 every month. I NEVER went back to that website until now to check and once you pay, they AUTOMATICALLY sign you up for a subscription.
There's no way to track them down nor dispute. Had to cancel the card because despite cancelling subscription, they continued to charge. *. Don't fall in their trap.

This site is Absolutely awful.
TERRIBLE Service. I have called these people 3 Seperate times and have been on hold for 30 minutes or longer each time.
Their pricing is misleading, and good luck trying to Cancel your membership seeing as you can't do so online.
I CAN NOT STATE HOW STRONGLY I HATE THIS "SERVICE".
Seriously, save yourself a headache (and a ridiculous amount of money) and go ANYWHERE else.

The phone number to call because I was charged for something that I have not used doesn't work and I sent email to customer service and I havent recieved an email. I wish i read the reviews here before i buy anything from this website! Do NOT USE THIS WEBSITE TO BUILT YOUR RESUME, After i paid for the finalized resume, i thought they will not charge me again, and i got no notification about the monthly subscription, after 3 month, they started to charge me 24$, and i called them, took them 15 mins to answer the phone, and after they answer the phone they keep giving you different offers, I literally had to yelled and beg them to cancel the subscription. If they are an honest company they would not use such low strategy to keep their customers. If they are honest company, they would let you cancel the subscription ONLINE AT ANY TIME! Clearly they are bunch thief trying to get your hard earned money.

We found this site through a google search and the deal was, for $2.95 you could get a resume. They said you could cancel anytime and wouldn't be charged any additional money. We created the resume that we needed and emailed them to let them know that we were canceling. There is absolutely no place on the site to go for canceling. They charged our credit card the $2.95, and then 2 weeks later charged our card another $25. We called the number listed for them on our credit card statement and they are refunding $21. If you use this service, make sure you get a confirmation number for your cancelation.

No help at all other than a format and that was not even correct. Could have gotten better help for free just about anywhere. I tried to cancel the service and they still charged me. I re-cancelled service after disputing the most recent charge back in March only to find that I was still being charged continually for the last 6 months! I have cancelled service for the third time now! I hopefully have them completely blocked off my account now.

I needed a template for a cover letter that i only used once. I was only on the website once. I paid the $2.95 and we were squared away. Lo and behold, i have a $24.95 charge on my credit card that i was not expecting. When I contacted them, the only thing they would do about it was cancel my subscription. Do not use this company. It is a waste of money and time. You can find free templates off google.

My foreigner roomate built a resume on this site it was very easy and straightforward, he paid using my card, but he didn't know about the subscription, so when I got bill i called them and talked to a very nice gentleman. I could not access my account and the receipt was made out from a totally different company "Resume-Now" not what I paid for. The young lady made sure the acct at Resume-Now was cancelled. I now have My perfect resume Awsome!

Answer: DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I am a very organized person who worked for the state that I reside in as an investigator. I had an injury and had to make a change in my career. I am very careful about getting pulled into scams, however, I felt that this would be a good opportunity to build a resume and cover letter that was more updated than when my original resume that I wrote years ago. First of all, the templates are not free. After spending a long period of time writing the perfect resume, I only had the option of spending $2.99 to have access to the resume/cover letter. I felt that was a reasonable fee for the use of the template. As I stated, I am very organized and manage my finances very well. I made sure that I went into my account and cancelled by subscription after 5 days of use so that I would not be charged the $29.99 for the month. Today, I checked my checking account and sure enough the $29.99 had been deducted. I immediately called customer service and they stated that my cancellation had not gone through and they had no notification of my cancellation. They were willing to give me back only $14.00 of my $29.99 back and then went on trying to sell me more offers. I was extremely angry and then spoke with a supervisor. He also argued that I had not cancelled. I went through the same steps to cancel my account while the supervisor was on the phone with me. Low and behold the cancellation went through! Obviously, this company has set up the cancellation process to fail and you will be charged the $29.00 anyway. I definitely learned my lesson! I had to threaten to have my attorney to get involved due to this company stealing money from my account before they agreed to reimburse my full $29.00. They could not give me a refund confirmation number for the remaining reimbursement. I as a Social Worker who advocate for people could not conscientiously could not write a review to warn people of this scam.
