Thank you for sharing your feedback, our subscriptions are auto-renewing, Sagar. We have a continuous billing feature that charges your account after the 14-day period and every month for the regular price afterward unless you choose to cancel your subscription beforehand.

They will steal your money. I bought the trial to see how it was... And now I have 5 charges on my card from them!. I contacted them. They denied they charged my card. I spoke with my bank and then contacted this company again asking for refunds. And they refused! Scammers! Cons! This is a warning to all. Do not buy a damn thing from this company. You'll be sorry you did.

I subscribed for $3.00 to create a resume because I did not have Word at the time. I had no idea that I would continue to be charged $24.95 per month. This nightmare began in April, 2017 and now it's November and you've just debited my account again. I have been calling, waiting on hold and leaving messages asking for a call back to stop these transactions. I want my money back.

I was under the impression, that because i paid a small fee of maybe $3 or something i cant remember, i would not have to pay anymore. I am a uni student who is struggling to get by and when $34 taken out your account with permission or knowledge its truly disheartening and i demand a refund right away because i will not hesitate to take this matter further.

Last January or February, I gladly accepted a $3 charge so I could create a resume just for an assignment in class... I had NO idea it was going to be charging me $25 EVERY month after that. I never would have agreed to the $3 for one-two weeks of use beings how it was just for a 20 point assignment in a class if I knew they would save my credit card information and charge me every month after that! I have emailed the company twice and will update my review as soon as I hear back.
**Update** I talked to customer service first and they were able to refund me the three of eight months, the remaining months had to be sent to upper management to determine. Within a couple days after that, I heard back from them and was confirmed I'll be able to get the full refund! Everybody was incredibly nice, which made it for an easier process!

SCAMMERS!
October 22, 2017

These people are big time scammers! I payed the original 2.95 and was ok with that. Afther that I emailed and attempted to cancel. I was informed they cant locate my account which is weird because I was billed. They then informed me they located an account with an alternative email registered in 2013. So I said fine, cancel that account. They gave me instructions how to cancel in settings. This did not work. I even sent a screenshot showing that I do not get the option to cancel only to upgrade. Now today I was billed $25.10. Their number is disconnected. I was also informed I have a basic account so I won't be charged. I want a full refund! You are scammers!

Terrible
October 18, 2017

I have signed up for 14 days trial and paid 3.34 dollars which I had no problems with, but I was later charged again with 1.71 dollars, the worst thing is this morning I received 28.82 dollars bill which I did not want to pay, I spent hours trying to cancel my subscription but there was nothing useful in the website. I would like to cancel my subscription and get refund otherwise I will report to Fair trading to solve the problem.

Good Customer Service
October 17, 2017

The resume process was super easy and turned out nicely. For those complaining about the repeat fee, why didn't you cancel? It clearly states there is a one time fee for resume development and that you should cancel within 30 days if not interested in ongoing support. Read the conditions, they aren't hidden either. I did call to cancel at day 28 and received professional customer service.

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE
October 14, 2017

I signed up for the $2.95 14 day free trial, which I was more than happy with... and with absolutely NO communication or warning I have been billed $35 twice since. Now, I see on the sign up page that it does say $35 will be charged every four weeks but the website has no decency to remind you that you will be charged or that your trial is up. WORST OF ALL... I was charged $35 AGAIN 3 days ago, so I logged onto the website to download my resume... and it's telling me I DON'T HAVE FULL ACCESS! It's asking for my details again even though there is multiple charges on my bank statement and the first month downloading the resumes worked perfectly fine. I've emailed them over 3 days ago and heard absolutely nothing back... This site couldn't get any worse. DON'T waste your time and money.

SCAM!
October 12, 2017

They ask if you only want the $2.95 option of only having access for one week to a template. So that's what I bought... or so I thought. They charged me over $50 with no email... I just so happened to check my statement and noticed two separate charges of $25 (which look very fishy btw). I feel like they are scamming people BIG TIME! And then it's very difficult to cancel. DO NOT USE THEM!

Dishonest!
October 6, 2017

Our daughter signed up for an inexpensive trail period, but never used their services. They continued to bill her for months, and yet she never received anything! What are they billing for? They give the impression that you can get help with a resume for a reasonable amount, and then begin a monthly charge of $35.80 and $1.07, without giving anything in return. After numerous calls and emails, they would only refund one third of the charges. They won't let you talk to anyone at their headquarters. They are run by a company called BOLD, with offices in San Francisco, Puerto Rico and India.
Something seems shady! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

It's a scam
October 5, 2017

Do not use their service. I live in Canada so prices may vary. I saw their advertisement stating "$4/month" that's why I signed up. After checking my credit card bill in a month I was charged 4 times. First 2 transactions being really small ($1 and $1.95) but the last two was $34.95 and they weren't even charging every 4 weeks. Just random dates. So in the 1 month and 5 days that I signed up for their service I was charged total of almost $73. I called their customer service twice. Both times left me on hold for over 30 mins then went to voice mail. Most people that needs this site doesn't have a job and is currently looking for one. They are stealing from poor people that needs a job. It's a total scam and I don't know how the people that run this site can go home and be with their family as if they have done nothing wrong.
