But once you enter your account number they will start charging your card around $34 monthly. The first time I called to cancel l, it took 6 minutes before I gave up. The second time I called, it took 8 minutes for them to finally answer. Why can't I manually cancel instead of waiting 14 minutes for someone to finally answer?

I was under the impression that I selected $2.95 to print a resume without signing up to a subscription. Turns out that $2.95 is how they get your cc info to charge you $23.95 14 days later for a subscription. Their response to me when I messaged them to get my money back for a subscription I didn't realize I purchased was basically - "Oh well... You have our services for the next month but the good news is you can cancel your subscription and not be charge next month". BE AWARE!

I used this website a few years ago to download ONE resume for my freshman year of college... I got charged FIVE times and the customer service was rude about it. Not only that but the resume sucked and honestly could not convert well to PDF or Word without significant design changes. Fast forward to me entering me senior year of college I see on my bank statements charges for a subscription that I had not started. The subscription cost was 23.99 and I had a full bank investigation because I thought it was fraud... it was not. They only refunded me three charges even though I they messed it up for 8 months. Horrible place. Just look up how to make one and use Google Drive resume outlines to make one that is SO much better.

I had a very bad experience with this company
First they asked me to enter personal information, then they sent me exactly the same information in the form of a PDF file and I paid the requested fee and that was it.
And after that, I received no service, help or any news, and I was surprised to find that my debit card is reduced by about $ 24 from next month, When I protested, they said that you have already registered automatically and you have to pay, and when I ask them to cancel my membership, they left me the next month not to return the deducted money

They will mention the resume templates are free and after I spent an hour building a resume I was told I need to become a member. A month or so later $34 was taken out of my account without any notification that payment was about to be due. When I went to contact them the number is not connected. I asked them to cancel my subscription and refund me the money. They ok they have canceled it on March 3rd, today, March 16 they deducted $34 from my bank account.

Lol they sell you a resume template for $2 after you pay they send you an email that goes to your trash (you really never see it) letting you know that you have committed to a monthly subscription for $30. When tried to get a refund they push you so hard to commit to a $1 monthly subscription and avoid completely to acknowledge if they can or not give you a refund. As soon as you tell them you will contact your CC they tell you that its ok to do a refund and hang up on you really quick.

I didn't get refund after cancelling the membership. According to them, they will give you refund on cancellation if you would cancel within 14 days but i didn't get that. Worst service ever i had. I will not recommend anyone to make resume here.

Honestly, I'd give it a five star but I don't have any experience with any other online company. I am blue collar and was needing a resume for a remote job application. Answer: DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I am a very organized person who worked for the state that I reside in as an investigator. I had an injury and had to make a change in my career. I am very careful about getting pulled into scams, however, I felt that this would be a good opportunity to build a resume and cover letter that was more updated than when my original resume that I wrote years ago. First of all, the templates are not free. After spending a long period of time writing the perfect resume, I only had the option of spending $2.99 to have access to the resume/cover letter. I felt that was a reasonable fee for the use of the template. As I stated, I am very organized and manage my finances very well. I made sure that I went into my account and cancelled by subscription after 5 days of use so that I would not be charged the $29.99 for the month. Today, I checked my checking account and sure enough the $29.99 had been deducted. I immediately called customer service and they stated that my cancellation had not gone through and they had no notification of my cancellation. They were willing to give me back only $14.00 of my $29.99 back and then went on trying to sell me more offers. I was extremely angry and then spoke with a supervisor. He also argued that I had not cancelled. I went through the same steps to cancel my account while the supervisor was on the phone with me. Low and behold the cancellation went through! Obviously, this company has set up the cancellation process to fail and you will be charged the $29.00 anyway. I definitely learned my lesson! I had to threaten to have my attorney to get involved due to this company stealing money from my account before they agreed to reimburse my full $29.00. They could not give me a refund confirmation number for the remaining reimbursement. I as a Social Worker who advocate for people could not conscientiously could not write a review to warn people of this scam.
