Order was supposed to arrive on 11 January, in time for my mother's birthday. As of now, the delivery is 15 days late and counting. Honestly, not sure what to think about this.

I Ordered two items from them with "Guaranteed Christmas delivery" when it didn't arrive on the 24th they actually messaged me to say it would arrive on the 25th of Dec. They are absolutely full of false promise and BS. I opened a PayPal dispute to a refund as they kept giving me crappy compensation offers which would involve me spending more on there site or they offered free gold earrings if I waited six months for them (enough time for my PayPal claim to time out) they are a joke and they don't tell you we're your buying from, even when constantly asked. They are a joke. Ordered from them at your peril
I ordered an item December 2018. As of today, January 21st, I have not received the order. The tracking is still vague, saying dispatched but with no end result. I have emailed three times and received basic automated responses. As yet, still nothing has been resolved. I would not advise anyone to use this site. I will be escalating this further in order to hopefully prevent unsuspecting customers being ripped off. This review is the start, come Friday, if there is still no response I will be taking it to all forums
Thought I was shopping on a irish website but when my items arrived they came from Israel. I was promised delivery on 24 of December didn't receive them till nearly mid January. My wife relay likes her necklace but the bracelet wouldn't fit a new born baby. Overall I was disappointed but the necklace looks and seams good. Time will tell what the quality is like
I ordered 2 necklaces that should have had a discount as stated on their advert. I assumed the discount would come of at time of payment however it gobbled the whole amount. The necklaces arrived late as they hadn't put the correct address on my purchase. The delivery eventually arrived due to the diligence of Royal Mail, who I thank. The necklaces were nice but I was annoyed about the price so I contacted them through Face Book only to be told the code I used was invalid. Why did they have that code on their advert. Never again will I shop with them. Not a good service :( I even sent them a snap shot of the advert. No reply so that is the reason I am writing this!
Do not order from here! I ordered three items and paid a decent amount of money for items promised and guaranteed by December 24th before Christmas. These items didn't even ship until January 10th or 11th. I no longer wanted the items as I had to buy replacement Christmas gifts and tried to cancel my order and they refused.
I finally received the items on January 14th well after the "guaranteed" December 24th delivery that was promised when I purchased the items... i'm trying to return the items now as I didn't want them after the 26th of December... but they want me to pay to ship it back and they charge 30% restalking fee with only 70% refund even though this was all their fault and error. This has been nothing but stress, anger, and disappointment. Not to mention one item was not wrapped properly and came all scratched up!
Find somewhere else to order from this place is a joke and a headache. Did not do the right thing at all. They should have just canceled my order as requested, issued a full refund, and never shipped them to me a month late.
Advertise a no quibble refund policy.
Sent them back the necklace, they tried to talk me out of a refund for about a month, then simply stopped responding to emails. They have kept the necklace and my money! Avoid!

I ordered a necklace for my wife on December 18, with $9.95 express shipping (3-7 days). It is now January 13, and I still have not received my package. On top of that, the tracking number that was provided to me gives me a "tracking number cannot be found" when I try to track the package on the DHL website.
When I contacted customer service, I was told it may take 6-8 weeks... WEEKS, because I live outside of The US (I live in Canada). What was the point of offering an express shipping option?
I wish I could give a review about the actual product, however, I may never receive it at this point. If you are thinking about ordering from this company, please do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.
The customer service for this company is awful. I initially made an error in my order and noticed it right away. I tried to reach out to the company multiple times about fixing the order and never received a response. I continued to reach out until I received the necklace with the error. I continued to contact the company about fixing the issue. After two weeks of emailing them AFTER receiving the necklace they respond saying I would need to pay a 30% restock fee since it was already delivered. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!
I left it to the last minute to order. It was a quick and easy process to deal with the website. Delighted when it arrived Christmas eve. And the quality was great.

Unfortunately I decided to buy something from these people before Christmas. I am usually fairly careful when buying on the Internet, but prior to Christmas when time was short and I needed to organise something quickly I hadn't done any research!
Their website promised gifts delivered for Christmas so I took a chance, as soon as the order was placed I was informed that the item would not be available for 16 days. I sent a message to the company immediately, they could only be contacted by email, to cancel the order, the order was not acknowledged. When I had no response I sent another message asking for confirmation that the order was cancelled. I eventually received a generic message saying that they were busy but would try to respond to my email soon. I sent a response asking for confirmation that my order had been cancelled. I received a message a day and a half later making me an offer - a discount if I didn't cancel the order, or an alternative product - if I still wanted to cancel the order a 30% re stocking charge MAY be applicable. Again I responded saying that the restocking charge did not apply because I had attempted to cancel the order with immediate effect (as is my right) before the item could possibly have gone into production, I wanted to cancel my order and required a FULL refund. It too k a few days for them to respond and say that they were charging me the 30% fee. Things have gone down hill from there - their customer services are non existent, absolutely appalling, a real example of con merchants who use the Internet as a shield to facilitate a very dubious business
Placed an order Nov 19th, it is now Jan 6th and I haven't received my items. According to customer service, first package was lost so they sent a replacement... TO THE WRONG ZIP CODE. They take a week to answer emails and do not take the time to read and understand the problem. Hence, they've shipped the order twice to the billing zip code (where I can't receive packages, just mail) instead of the shipping address I put down when I placed the order and that's included in the order confirmation. I'll have to file a claim with my bank.
Bought this product as a present and the person was thrilled with her gift. Quality and workmanship was of the highest standard and their customer care was excellent to deal with.

More than a month now and we are still waiting for delivery of an item that was "guaranteed" to arrive before Christmas.
Every attempt to rectify the situation is met with an increasingly defensive response. While, at first, sympathetic to our concerns, they now are trying to insinuate that everything is our fault.
Almost every new response we receive, in some way contradicts previous claims they have made. I have demanded a refund but their stance is that once it leaves their facility, it's the customer's problem.
I will never make the mistake of trying to do business with this organization again and I would advise anyone not living in the continental U.S. to avoid doing so either.
Worst company I have ever dealt with, I ordered a necklace in November 2018 assured that it will be delivered by 24th December. Its now the 4th of January and still nothing. I have requested a tracking order number multiple times and still they have not produced anything.
