Ordered Mothers Day gift March 6th (it's now April 5th), never showed up. I was inundated with multiple e-mails after placing order guaranteeing Mothers Day delivery. They refuse to return payment, These guys used to be quiet competent, however have declined considerably. Stay away from them.

I paid by PayPal so I hope to get a refund but they are a complete disaster of a company.

Absolutely terrible customer service. Ordered a necklace over a month ago and still no sign of it. I keep being pushed around with new delivery dates and now I can't even get a simple reply from them in reference to my promised refund. They keep sending automated emails and it's just a joke.
My children ordered a necklace 3 wks before mothers day with the guarantee of delivery before said date. Money swiftly taken out of account and still no gift (maybe I asked for delivery in 2020!). Customer service is a joke! Thanks for ruining it for my children
I have not bought anything from this company but somehow yesterday they took £214 from my account, I phoned Barclays & they said it's a re occurring standing order which I have never set one up for this company & there's no previous out going from my bank to them! I've emailed them but no reply & there's no phone number. Very p***ed off! How on earth have they done this? I've not heard of them until today!
Ordered a necklace for my partner and never received it, when i emailed them I got an automated reply "It seems your order is late". No response from further email asking for a proper tracking number, 4 weeks later still ignoring my emails. Like many others I've experienced non existent customer service. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE.

This site is rubbish. My boyfriend purchased a necklace and paid a little more for 18K gold. The necklace tarnished within weeks in the package. I don't wear the necklace often and keep it in the original packaging. I took it out to wear 2 weeks after I received it and it's tarnished! How when I have owned this less than a month and have only worn it once. I am highly disappointed by the false advertising and cheap product. I have never allowed the necklace to come in contact with water (pool/shower) or direct sunlight (gifted in Winter). Beware this site sells junk I will never patronize this site again!

Hi, I have been buying online for many many years, I think this is the first time I am writing a bad review. I ordered a present for my wife on my son's first birthday, so after placing order I found out my estimated delivery is bit late so I got in touch with customer support and ask them for help. They said I can upgrade my delivery by paying £14.95. I email them at least three time to just confirm that I will receive order on time but no response whats so ever. I ended up paying £14.95 to up grade my delivery then I got email straight away saying
"Your order has already left our facilities and is currently en route and will be delivered via DHL."
I was happy and asked them for tracking number after sending few emails no response, then I got email after few days saying
"We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.
I've checked with the suppliers and there is a minor delay in the production of your jewelry due to quality issues. All of our creation undergoes several stages of quality checks. It is our aim and our goal to provide only the highest quality jewelries and accessories to our customers.
I have informed the suppliers to make sure that your order gets shipped as soon as possible."
Then start offering me compensation 10% refund, 50% on next order etc. I emailed them saying why you lied to me that my order left your facilities and is with DHL etc. But so far no response its been more then 5 days.
So they messed up my wife's present big time I ended up buying some thing else, the worst thing is my wife selected this present from their website herself and obviously she is not going to get it, which I have not told her.
The customer service is appalling, feel like they dont even exist or they dont care about their customers at all. If there was option to give negative rating I would have done it as they dont even deserve 1 star.
They just make false promises, my advise would be stay away from them only thing you will get in return is disappointment, you will never get your order on time specially if you are ordering it for some special occasion.
AFter spending all this money I am still not sure if I ever going to get my order.

I bought 2 necklaces made to the wrong spec. Their fault... I demanded a refund and they offered me a 70% refund... still waiting to be resolved. Customer service is $#*! and no phone number... absolute thieves...
Going on 4 weeks of waiting on my order to come in, tracking information is trash, they keep using excuses. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! These reviews are fake and the company is a joke! They keep telling me its on its way its on its way but cant tell me WHERE it even is! JOKE! Never again!
Absolutely awful - I would avoid! Purchased in good faith only to be let down by a product that can barely fit a baby let alone an adult. They keep hiding behind the fact the product has been sent for production (I guess meaning it had been personalised but clearly by the photo it hasn't. They are absolutely terrible with their customer service and email responses.

It broke after 1st day thdybwanted 2 send a ' party to fix ourselves withnoliers, when we refused the reissued item it came weeks later and bracelet was even worsebthznk 1st it look tarnished, worn and cheap. Currently fighting for a refund. A lucky dip bracelet would have been better.
