Great!

The course was easy and moved along at a good pace, rhough I had two problems. When asking security information I was asked things that were years old and I think that they were obtained from old insurance records. That made it difficult to get answers correct. The other problem was that I answered two questions correctly on the final test and lthey were counted incorrect. I passed anyway but it was very irritating.

I was satisfied with this program.

It would be nice to know about the time 6 hours all together or separately and how the time pauses when u are away from the computer it wasn't until I called I found that out

I feel that your statement that you provide the completion certificate needs to clearly state that it's the persons own responsibility to request the discount from the insurance company.
