Very quick, and concise.
I had no problem signing up. It was fast & easy to navigate the website. I was able to log-in anytime and was taken to the place I had left off. Even though it took me almost 8 hours to complete the course, I was able to split it between two days when I had time. Course material was fun and humor made the time go by fast.

I could have received the same service for less money but chose to stay with myimprov. Since I have been a longstanding customer, I thought there would be some consideration for a discount. I'll know better next time and shop around before committing. But overall, I enjoyed the course

Very easy and and convenient. I was able to complete the course in the comfort of my home and at my own pace. I was able to avoid a point on my driving record thanks to Improve!
Needed to take a basic traffic class to avoid points so I chose Improv-who wouldn't want a class with a comedic touch! Made something that I thought would be dull, interesting and fast. The developers of this class used different techniques to take into account the different learning styles of its potential users-visual, auditory, reading, etc. Well worth the price!
It was as fine as traffic school can be expected to be, I guess, but I was expecting the $67 or so dollars I had already paid was for the school itself, so having to pay extra was not great in my eyes. I understand the system, I just think it could have been better advertised that I was going to have to pay an additional fee to attend traffic school. Not that the price here was in and of itself too high, just that adding this price to the other amount I had already paid made traffic school an additional $100 burden on top of the $550 ticket I had to pay. But, I know this wasn't your site's doing, so I guess I'm ranting for nothing.

It was easy to access and the course was fun.
The course gave no options or instructions on how to get off of the first page,the comedy routine just kept playing. Then there was no access given to the required quiz. My fee was refunded upon request.I am still waiting for my credit card statement to confirm that.
