I found this to be a good refresher course. It was very easy to understand and they make it so its not boring. I found it to be somewhat amusing. And the best is that you don't have to leave your house. You can log on anytime you wish and work at your own pace. It's a good way to get a little taken off your insurance premium and they also report to motor vechile that you took the course. I would definitely recommend this to a friend. Thank you improv

Overall, I had a great time using MyImprov to complete the informational course. I took it for the insurance discount, so ~$35 price for this course and ~5 hours of your time is tremendously worth the investment since it discounts your insurance by 10% a year for 3 years: for me, about $300 total so a net savings of around $270, so effectively getting paid $54 an hour to read driving rules and watch funny videos. Somewhat dark humor, whether that's your cup of tea or not. Having taken the in-person version of this class several times in the past, I can say without a doubt that MyImprov beats the in-person version across the board. If you're a fast reader and ace the quizzes without much effort, even better; just remember that you have to actually let the full time pass before you can move on.

It was so refreshing to deal with a company that really cares about their clients! And I could tell that this company's employees genuinely care. At least everyone I had Conant with. I had gone to DriversEd.com 1st, I had to pay up front before I could get any further to see if I wanted to even sign up with them (and more expensive to boot). When I said I wanted a refund they wereally happy to do it for me. But it was going to take 30-45 days before I got my money back on my debit card. After me having to go almost bullistic on the person on the phone (that I couldn't understand) she finally said I would receive an email in 3-5 days when my refund had been done.
