Extra fees for everything is just annoying. By the time I get through paying for all the things that should have been covered with the initsl fee it isn't any type of savings or discount offered. Looking a lot like a bait and switch pricing.

The Program was fun and interesting. So many things I did not realize like leaving an object on your back car dashboard and stopping suddenly can get you injured or killed. The tests were a lot more simple then I thought they would be but were designed to help one retain facts. Having someone to call and actually getting a friendly interested human being who spoke clearly instead of press one through 9 before reaching someone to ask a simple question was great. Getting certificate information by E-mail so I could quickly get it to my insurance company was time saving. The certificate of completion came quickly in the mail. Everything went smoothly.Nothing boring about this course on traffic safety.
