Fast and simple! Being a mother of two young children makes it almost impossible to do defensive driving! However with the Improv driving I could do it at my own pace! Perfect!
They probably need to update their videos. The comedy is... out of touch with modern sensibilities, I'd say. The links to YouTube videos by comedians were the funniest part.

Great course
This is a great site. I will use it again when I renew. It was both informative and fun.
My only criticism is to suggest that you make the cost much clearer. I was not told that there was a separate charge for the audio option and I ended up paying more than I expected. Also, I was under the impression that there was a special on the cost and this amount w Ias also not what I ended up paying. I did contact Customer Service via a chat, but although they gave me a refund, it also was not what I expected. I probably should have pursued this further, but I was a bit frustrated and I was able to afford the price that I paid.
I thought it was a good course, imfornative and funny so it kept your interest. I loved that I could pause and come back because of my busy work schedule.

Great and easy accept there's an option to select a 30 minute processing upon completion for a fee that is unnecessary, since you can download the completion immediately upon completing the course. Maybe remove that from the options?
