When adding new family members, It seems to me that when I do this, MyHeritage makes a new entry instead of adding the members to an already established line.

I have had trees or matches that no longer exist sitting on my site for many months and some a year plus. It is very frustrating that My Heritage has some glitch that stops removal of these.
I always had the desire to have more knowledge about my ancestor and the percentages of my DNA and MiHeritage created the moment for me to accomplish my dream. My experience was a positive one from the beginning, instruction were easy to follow, kit arrived on time and communication was always at my fingertips. The Team at "My Heritage" should be highly commended for their efficiency in helping me build my Family Tree. I have been with them for some time now and always get emails with links to further my ancestry. I have just under 15,000 ancestors and relatives, mostly with the help of the team. I have done some of my own research, however, a huge number has been reached with their help. Can't thank them enough.

I am very pleased to get more information on my family descendants and every time you updated new information, it is always surprise and appreciate to know more of it. But there is missing information on great, great grandmother Elgar-need to know her full name and maiden last name and marriage document as well. I hope that will fill in new updated information soon.

MyHeritage is a great company. For a 76 year old guy I have limited computer knowledge as a start point. Your videos are great but they go so fast and I become lost in the process. Issue - I am trying to send the trees to individual families but it is to complicated.? Is there a written step by step guide to exporting specific family trees data?

I love finding my Ancestors on MyHeritage. I usually find someone who has the same ancestry that I do and compare information. We may not have the same dates but that only means I research more. This work is very important.
I enjoy looking up my family history just seeing where I came from and all the family before me what they did for jobs, and some served in wars to help shape this would before I was born. It's a lot of fun to do so come join us who knows who you might find in your family.

And there are always new documents being added here and there so if you want to start your family tree start it here and the membership is very reasonable and it's a lot of fun to do and very fun to find out where your family started out there Jernee and story.
I have used My Heritage for quite a few years now. There are a lot of records on the site, you get a lot of hints to help you on your journey and I enjoy using the animation and photo enhancement tools. Definitely recommend this site

Answer: My issue was the automatic renewal without any kind of courtesy reminder prior to the effective date, as other businesses do. Advising one year in advance is a poor business practice. When I contacted them immediately on the renewal effective date, they refused to cancel and offered me a 25% discount. They eventually gave me the full refund but it was due to me turning it over to AMEX to resolve. I do however agree with the advice to base your renewal on your own personal experience.
Answer: You can find your site subscriptions via MyHeritage homepage - pull-down menu on the right upper corner button "Settings". Then click on "My purchases", and button "Site subscriptions". Click "View details". The details contain section "Cancel subscription". Maybe you can get advice by mail from MyHeritage support team ([email protected]).

Answer: Dear Jonathan, Yes I have the same problem, I wrote to My Heritage and they have still not responded to my request for assistance. They are highly Sloppy and unprofessional in responding to customer request for assistance. Even though they have and excellent Technical Team. Fortunately I have another Computer with Windows 8 as a result of which I am able to continue working with my Website. But recently a few problems have cropped up with the recent upgrade of the My Heritage Program and have sent in a request for assistance and till today 3-5 months later I have no response. Apparently the company believes that they can play games with the customers. I firmly believe that they have somehow gone into self destructive mode.

Answer: Hi After posting my complaint about MyHeritage on here I got a very quick response from some one called Dave at the company. He told me to send an email to [email protected] and add the subject Dave: sitejabber. He responded a couple of days later - I emailed on a Saturday - and the auto repeat on my subscription was cancelled and my money refunded within days. Hope this helps.
