After much arror and re-building, I was finally able to build my Family Tree back to the 1400's and still adding more information.
I wish this sight was more affordable, even with any discounts for the services, still only get base basic information, would be nice if it were a more affordable experience so more of us could do this more often
Altijd per mail of persoonlijk via de telefoon bereikbaar om je te ondersteunen met het opbouwen van mijn stamboom. Heb inmiddels door de loop der jaren heen een grote stamboom kunnen opbouwen met steeds weer nieuwe records om te verwerken. Het programma is soms zoeken waar ik iets moet archiveren maar uiteindelijk lukt het mij.
Ben zeer goed en uitvoerig geholpen door een medewerkster van HyHeritage.
De medewerkster nam alle tijd voor mij en heeft uiteindelijk alle problemen opgelost.
Ik ben teleurgesteld dat de optie gratis account eraf wordt gehaald. De prijzen zijn voor mij helaas niet financieel te doen. En nu krijg ik een mail dat ik straks alles kwijt ben als ik geen betaald abonnement neem.
Ben benieuwd hoe het dan zit met mijn DNA blikft die wel beschikbaar want die heb ik pas geleden bij jullie gekocht en gedaan. Wil dat zeggen dat ik na kleine maand dat ook kwijt ben. Daar gaat mijn geld.
Verder ben ik redelijk tevreden over mijn herritage, alleen jammer dat je snel voor meer inzicht een betaalde versie moet hebben, en jammer dat de prijzen hiervan nogal hoog zijn.

My Heritage has allowed me to add information to my Family Tree which I couldn't obtain from the other sites I was using.
I am more than satisfied with My Heritage, having found out more from not only the site but also contacts with other members giving me more information and how both my tree and their's share common Ancestry. I used to belong to Genes Reunited where I got a fair amount of data to start my tree, with records as proof but found it very time consuming looking for it but with My Heritage I get a lot of information sent on a regular basis through Smart Matches.

Platená verzia veľmi pomáha pri výskume a získavaní poznatkov o histórii vlastnej rodiny. Aj verzia zadarmo je užitočná a môžete urobiť rodokmeň z 250 osôb, čo je dostatočné pre priame línie až do roku približne 1700.

Works just great, very exciting to work with and quick research
Easy to find around the pages and find people one searches perfect.
I am very satisfied with MyHeritage and appreciate all the advancements made in the years I have been using it. I look forward to any improvements you can make to ensure that people get to correct connections wherever possible. I see far too many multiple relations for the same person in the matches I get, if there is an absolute correct proven relationship available can that be prompted to the user when creating new entries.

Answer: My issue was the automatic renewal without any kind of courtesy reminder prior to the effective date, as other businesses do. Advising one year in advance is a poor business practice. When I contacted them immediately on the renewal effective date, they refused to cancel and offered me a 25% discount. They eventually gave me the full refund but it was due to me turning it over to AMEX to resolve. I do however agree with the advice to base your renewal on your own personal experience.
Answer: You can find your site subscriptions via MyHeritage homepage - pull-down menu on the right upper corner button "Settings". Then click on "My purchases", and button "Site subscriptions". Click "View details". The details contain section "Cancel subscription". Maybe you can get advice by mail from MyHeritage support team ([email protected]).

They are highly Sloppy and unprofessional in responding to customer request for assistance. Even though they have and excellent Technical Team. But recently a few problems have cropped up with the recent upgrade of the My Heritage Program and have sent in a request for assistance and till today 3-5 months later I have no response. Answer: Hi After posting my complaint about MyHeritage on here I got a very quick response from some one called Dave at the company. He told me to send an email to [email protected] and add the subject Dave: sitejabber. He responded a couple of days later - I emailed on a Saturday - and the auto repeat on my subscription was cancelled and my money refunded within days. Hope this helps.
