In spite of the inaccurate explanations written, I do not understand and why you have changed the pourcentages of my own first data and also "lost" entirely some other data? Moreover, I believe only in the genetical data and not in the genealogical ones coming from papers very difficult to read and often which lie to "adapt" the false reality according to the ideology ruling these periods. As we say from a long time ago: mother is sure but father maybe. So only the genetical results are credible and reliable never the paper files..
Someone from your organization called me and pressured me to purchase two years.

Love my heritage. Have been compiling my family tree as well as others for family and friends. If records are available they are there plus new ones being added all the time. Plus record numbers are there to prove it is correct. I can contact other people researching name I am researching to gather even more info and I ca n invite them to my site so they can look at my tree. Have done dna with them as well and have found so many distant relatives. They even give you a theory on some as to how u are related makes it soo easy.

My Heritage are very quick in updating connections. However I feel I am being bombarded with information, some of which is incorrect and I find it difficult to correct wrong information without it being added to my tree.

I find it difficult to stay on task of writing my own family history/story booklets.
The web interface works well. The key area to be careful about is automatically importing "Smart Matches." Other users may not be as keen on paying attention to the details of building a family tree. I always try and find corraborating information before adding this type of information to my tree.
Happy with you so far the only problem i do experiance is when i send message to people they either do not or choose not to reply they also take a long time to do so

MyHeritage has enabled me to find my father's family that we never knew.
Looks like it will provide some good info once it is processed. Mailing the sample from Canada was very expensive and it should clearly state that it must be shipped as a small package declaring what is in the package. This confusion resulted in package being returned and then I had to paying postage again. Total cost to ship package was about $15.00. Also should state when purchasing that return postage is NOT included.
Thanks to my heritage, they have found a lot of cousins across the world I did not know I had, and many are still being found, I would not have been able to search by myself, my heritage is worth joining thank you my heritage.
Answer: My issue was the automatic renewal without any kind of courtesy reminder prior to the effective date, as other businesses do. Advising one year in advance is a poor business practice. When I contacted them immediately on the renewal effective date, they refused to cancel and offered me a 25% discount. They eventually gave me the full refund but it was due to me turning it over to AMEX to resolve. I do however agree with the advice to base your renewal on your own personal experience.
Answer: You can find your site subscriptions via MyHeritage homepage - pull-down menu on the right upper corner button "Settings". Then click on "My purchases", and button "Site subscriptions". Click "View details". The details contain section "Cancel subscription". Maybe you can get advice by mail from MyHeritage support team ([email protected]).

They are highly Sloppy and unprofessional in responding to customer request for assistance. Even though they have and excellent Technical Team. Fortunately I have another Computer with Windows 8 as a result of which I am able to continue working with my Website. But recently a few problems have cropped up with the recent upgrade of the My Heritage Program and have sent in a request for assistance and till today 3-5 months later I have no response. Apparently the company believes that they can play games with the customers. I firmly believe that they have somehow gone into self destructive mode.

Answer: Hi After posting my complaint about MyHeritage on here I got a very quick response from some one called Dave at the company. He told me to send an email to [email protected] and add the subject Dave: sitejabber. He responded a couple of days later - I emailed on a Saturday - and the auto repeat on my subscription was cancelled and my money refunded within days. Hope this helps.
