Bin sehr zufrieden. Bei Nachfragen sehr Hilfsbereit. Immer aktuelle Informationen. Hatte DNA gemacht, aber keine in Brasilien, obwohl ich dort geboren bin und noch Verwandschaft dort habe, war etwas komisch. Bin aber sehr zufrieden mit Myheritage. Auf Smartphone kann ich nicht alles bearbeiten, gehe aber demnächst in meinen Laptop um zu bearbeiten. Da mir ABO aus kostengründen zu Teuer ist warte ich auf Angebote. Die Angebote von Myheritage sind auch sehr gut und i h freue mich immer wenn es ein günstiges Angebot gibt. Hier auch sehr zufrieden.
Ik ben erg tevreden met de resultaten, maar hoop nog meer resultaten te vinden voor mijn stamboom.

This was very confusing for my sister & me.
I realized the trial period was over & I was charged & asked for a refund, but no one has called me back yet.
I contacted My Heritage because I was unhappy about being given a data service which doesn't meet my needs and I wasn't asked to ok the transaction. The customer service advisor was helpful and understood my problem and offered me a solution that fully met my needs. I would, however, have preferred if there had been a clear contract agreed to by myself in the 1st place.

Of all the genealogy sites available, I prefer MyHeritage specifically for the amazing Family Tree Builder app that coordinates with it. I love the ease of working with it on my computer desktop and then I can sync it with my online tree.

Hints documents should always have source images instead of solely an explanatory narrative. It makes it impossible to verify if the source is trustworthy or the connection to a relative is real. Ancestry does this a little bit better. Also please make it possible to merge duplicates. It is far more difficult to delete a person or delete a connection. And it's easy to accidentally add a duplicate person. Plus it's hard to see both duplicates in a tree. This could be made better than ancestry if all sources on a profile also transferred to the merged individual
I am stil astounded at all the resources and details available. The MyHeritage Wiki is also very cool.
There will be many hurdles to overcome, especially at the beginning of your quest. It will take time for you to learn how to research your roots and to maintain your enthusiasm when you inevitably meet a brick wall halting your progress. Answer: My issue was the automatic renewal without any kind of courtesy reminder prior to the effective date, as other businesses do. Advising one year in advance is a poor business practice. When I contacted them immediately on the renewal effective date, they refused to cancel and offered me a 25% discount. They eventually gave me the full refund but it was due to me turning it over to AMEX to resolve. I do however agree with the advice to base your renewal on your own personal experience.
Answer: You can find your site subscriptions via MyHeritage homepage - pull-down menu on the right upper corner button "Settings". Then click on "My purchases", and button "Site subscriptions". Click "View details". The details contain section "Cancel subscription". Maybe you can get advice by mail from MyHeritage support team ([email protected]).

They are highly Sloppy and unprofessional in responding to customer request for assistance. Even though they have and excellent Technical Team. Fortunately I have another Computer with Windows 8 as a result of which I am able to continue working with my Website. But recently a few problems have cropped up with the recent upgrade of the My Heritage Program and have sent in a request for assistance and till today 3-5 months later I have no response. Apparently the company believes that they can play games with the customers. I firmly believe that they have somehow gone into self destructive mode.

Answer: Hi After posting my complaint about MyHeritage on here I got a very quick response from some one called Dave at the company. He told me to send an email to [email protected] and add the subject Dave: sitejabber. He responded a couple of days later - I emailed on a Saturday - and the auto repeat on my subscription was cancelled and my money refunded within days. Hope this helps.
