Me gusta mucho My Heritage porque me permitió elaborar mi árbol y conocer datos de mis ancestros. He podido ver partidas de nacimiento y bautizo con datos que me ayudan a entender los cambios en las diferentes épocas. También me condujo a investigar en mi caso particular las abreviaturas del español antiguo para entender las partidas de Nacimiento, bautizos y matrimonios. Me parece genial que hayan tenido acceso a registros muy antiguos que estaban en las iglesias y que se han digitalizado.

Es werden gleiche Personen zu denen zwei Verhältnisse bestehen nicht zusammengefasst. Zb Geburtstag von ihrem Cousin 2 Grades und gleichzeitig Geburtstag vom Schwager ihrer Ex Frau.
Angenommene Übereinstimmung falsch in den Stammbaum eingebunden mit schier unmöglichen Schritten dies zu löschen oder korrigieren.

Oh, hard to describe. A great experience and a lot of fun to have searched for my relatives in MyHeritage. I have found so many facts and other interesting things. And the DNA test has given me almost 120,000 matches all over the world, I didn't think that was possible. I live in Sweden but have found relatives in South America and South Africa and many other countries all over the world. Thank you for your enormous work with this genealogy program.

When I first became a subscriber of MyHeritage, my family site would be backed up at the end of each month. This is not happening anymore. I wanted to know why. The reason, as I found out later, is that this service, which was originally part of the COMPLETE PLAN, is not provided as free anymore! Now, you have to pay for it, EVEN if you have bought the COMPLETE PLAN (as I have! Now, this is a very simple answer to the very simple and clear question that I had asked. ONE EMAIL from you WOULD SUFFICE to tell me this. Instead, I got mired up in numerous email exchanges with your "Support" people who WOULD NOT TELL me this simple answer in simple English! They kept beating around the bush, trying to hide the simple truth. Such a "customer support" philosophy is cheapo, it's outdated, and it is INFURIATING. Shame on you.

My annual renewal was due but I could not afford to pay the fee so sadly I had to cancel. I then had a call from a very nice young man Eliad. He helped me break down my needs and expenses to a level I could manage. I'm very grateful as i didn't want to leave My Heritage.
Answer: My issue was the automatic renewal without any kind of courtesy reminder prior to the effective date, as other businesses do. Advising one year in advance is a poor business practice. When I contacted them immediately on the renewal effective date, they refused to cancel and offered me a 25% discount. They eventually gave me the full refund but it was due to me turning it over to AMEX to resolve. I do however agree with the advice to base your renewal on your own personal experience.
Answer: You can find your site subscriptions via MyHeritage homepage - pull-down menu on the right upper corner button "Settings". Then click on "My purchases", and button "Site subscriptions". They are highly Sloppy and unprofessional in responding to customer request for assistance. Even though they have and excellent Technical Team. Fortunately I have another Computer with Windows 8 as a result of which I am able to continue working with my Website. But recently a few problems have cropped up with the recent upgrade of the My Heritage Program and have sent in a request for assistance and till today 3-5 months later I have no response. Apparently the company believes that they can play games with the customers. I firmly believe that they have somehow gone into self destructive mode.

Answer: Hi After posting my complaint about MyHeritage on here I got a very quick response from some one called Dave at the company. He told me to send an email to [email protected] and add the subject Dave: sitejabber. He responded a couple of days later - I emailed on a Saturday - and the auto repeat on my subscription was cancelled and my money refunded within days. Hope this helps.
