I'm sorry to read you feel disappointed with your results and I'd like to ensure the progress of your research.
As you may know, the Ethnicity Estimate is built from DNA references that are known in the DNA community. We compare those references with your DNA results using complex methods and this database is constantly being researched. (MyHeritage founder population project).
That said, it is difficult to build a distinct profile for Great Britain and Scandinavian countries, as those are admixed with Western European DNA. Anglo-Saxon people settled in the British Isles, and they were comprised of Germanic tribes.
There are ways to further your research and circumvent these temporary obstacles by using the various tools that come with your DNA results such as DNA matching and building a family tree. Our match algorithms have been proven to automatically find and compare similar DNA strands along with ancestral surnames, records, and family trees to find very interesting discoveries. Our DNA match database is growing at a faster rate because of how we allow the FREE upload from other autosomal DNA test providers than MyHeritage DNA (FTDNA, AncestryDNA and 23andMe).

I was quite pleased w/the swiftness of response from Customer Service to my email. And the problem was handled just as swiftly. Agent was thorough and responsive in a timely fashion.

My automatic subscription kicked in despite me having thought I cancelled it last year. Peter handled my inquiry and explained he would need extra time to access a system which wasnt available at the time. He replied exactly when he said he would and despite finding no record of my cancellation he cancelled my subscription and refunded the premium service payment. I could not have asked for a better level of customer service.
I wish I could review MyHeritage, but they can't deliver it--and a product is only as good as its support. I ordered a kit as a Mothers Day present, and MyHeritage used DHL to deliver it, ostensibly in "4-7 days". DHL got it to USPS 8 days ago for delivery according to DHL tracking, but USPS neither acknowledged receipt nor can provide any update to the tracking number's status. The DHL site says lost deliveries must be addressed by MyHeritage; MyHeritage says they will refund my purchase after 30 days; but that is the limit of their help. (They said, amazingly, USPS is a "third party" in the transaction and MyHeritage will not engage them.) True to its colors, USPS can offer no insight or help. (I just tried calling USPS customer service, 2 hour wait...) SO, probably a decent product, but nobody takes ownership on the logistics of getting it to me.

The help and assistance received through myheritage customer service is reliable, clear and understanding. There are a lot of companies selling their products to those of us wanting to research our ancestors, but then we are left on our own to navigate. Myheritage offers help and resources.

Very helpful and very patient. I only wish my entire problem could be solved, unfortunately, my computer would only save the gem com file as a zip file and I have not been able to download to my family tree.
Answer: My issue was the automatic renewal without any kind of courtesy reminder prior to the effective date, as other businesses do. Advising one year in advance is a poor business practice. When I contacted them immediately on the renewal effective date, they refused to cancel and offered me a 25% discount. They eventually gave me the full refund but it was due to me turning it over to AMEX to resolve. I do however agree with the advice to base your renewal on your own personal experience.
Answer: You can find your site subscriptions via MyHeritage homepage - pull-down menu on the right upper corner button "Settings". Then click on "My purchases", and button "Site subscriptions". Click "View details". The details contain section "Cancel subscription". Maybe you can get advice by mail from MyHeritage support team ([email protected]).

They are highly Sloppy and unprofessional in responding to customer request for assistance. Even though they have and excellent Technical Team. Answer: Hi After posting my complaint about MyHeritage on here I got a very quick response from some one called Dave at the company. He told me to send an email to [email protected] and add the subject Dave: sitejabber. He responded a couple of days later - I emailed on a Saturday - and the auto repeat on my subscription was cancelled and my money refunded within days. Hope this helps.
