I ordered a red roses flower bouquet for a special girl and to propose her. She got it on the night of her birthday. She was very happy to received it. Flowers are pretty charming and fresh. It also contained a message for her and her answer is yes! Thank you guys.

These guys are frauds. I ordered one cake for Mother's day and it came after 2 days. Within these 2 days i tried reaching them but the customer care was not reachable. All planned. I waited whole day on Mothers day so that my son can celebrate with my wife, but finally i had to tell them these buggers are frauds. On tracking it was saying rescheduled to next day... that didnt even come on next days. 2 days after when i received the cake, surprise surprise... its a different cake, very small and low grade quality (like the ones we get in cheap bakeries). Even it was delivered by some other company 'Melting Melodies'... bull$#*!. Seems these people take order and give it to other vendors and least bother whether its delivered or not, quality etc. Please dont buy from here. They will spoil your celebration.

I really oved. The balck forest cake that i received from you. Its TASTE WAS VERY DELiciOucs. IT WAS vary soft and vary fresh. I LOOOVEEEED IT VERY VERY MUCH.

My child was so happy to see his favorite character Doraemon on his birthday cake. It was LOOKING VERY AMAIZING AND THE TAste was also very good. He loved the cake and ate it with happily.

Absolutely terrible experience with the services. The bouquet was damp and soaked in water due to the rainfall. The chocolates were not what I had ordered for. And if someone pays for the delivery to be on a particular day in a particular time slot, they expect that their money is not wasted. But in my case the delivery was made 2 days later. My thousand rupees were wasted and not to mention the no returns or no live tracking policy.

MyFlowerTree is Fraud, you will never get the delivery & neither connect with them once you do the payment. I am going to Sue them and File case in consumer court/forum with the help of Online Legal India. Very bad experience. Ordered cake for my Son's Birthday. I just visited the website https://www.myflowertree.com/ and looking for options for Birthday cakes and started receiving calls from MyFlowerTree customer care continuously. They assured me a fair service and for a Rs2699 order they gave a discount coupon of Rs300 and asked me to pay the rest Rs2399+Rs75 (delivery). In total i paid Rs2474 over online payment since COD was not available. After placing the order we cannot connect with MyFlowerTree again either over call or online chat. They do not bother to update you either on your order or refund. The cake was never delivered, They just ruined the Birthday and our moods. How can they play such fraud games with customers. I will make sure no others should go through such frauds. Will post reviews on all social forums and file a case on them on consumer court. They have 2 numbers ************** and *******060. We will receive calls from these 2 numbers but we cannot connect for discussions or calls and their live chat is handeled by Bots not humans. They have designed and made arrangements to trap customers for fraud.

Absolutely pathetic service. Your flowers will not reach in time if you order from here. Also, they give option to double the number of flowers (double the cost!) and deliver half of it. There is no freaking service number that you can call and the raised complaint is never address. Save yourself some time and energy and order from some other place. Order #*******

Your chocolate cake is very very tasty. I ordered it first time from your site and it is really good. My whole family loved to eat the chocolate cake. Also, i am very with your timely home delivery.

I wish I could give a negative point for the service received. I have been waiting for my order to get delivered since 2 days and then not able to cancel my order. Chat takes 2 days to reply n dont even have courtesy to call and inform about order status or email about the same. I made a biggest mistake by ordering from your site.

Worst services i ever faced in life. This is Fraud website. I placed an order from this website for the same day delivery but they have nit yet delivered my order and neither they are refunding my amount.
Also there is no contact number available to connect with them.

I ordered a flower bouquet for my mom in hyd sitting in Mumbai. I ordered the same day and this site promised to deliver the same day. In the tracking system until 7 pm it's showing that it will be out for delivery soon. No mention of contact numbers and on messages they don't respond promptly.
I wrote on there Instagram personal message and somebody responded apologies saying bcoz of lockdown can't deliver. If they would hv informed me earlier I would hv arranged something else however didn't work and next day I was informed will be delivered. Today being next day I was waiting but not delivered at all, same message lockdown issue.
My money is waited n the essence of the event is gone.
Don't trust these people, not reliable.

My daughter send me flowers from USA. Did not get on the day n received all rotten flowers not done... felt cheated

Worst experience ever... flowers totally different from the one shown in picture on flower tree website... never ever buy from flower tree.
Flower tree has no contact details so that we can reach to them. Don't waste your money at flower tree, flower tree is a big fraud company only making money from people without providing any good service.

Yesterday order placed for a friend on her Birthday.

Waited for whole day for delivery which did not happen and in the evening on tracking a message was put up saying- "Update: Due to Mother's Day Rush and Lockdown Constraints, delivery to certain locations may get impacted by a few hrs to 24 hrs. We are working round the clock to bring happiness to your doorstep while making sure we follow the highest safety standards. We will keep you posted via e-mail and SMS." Today it is the next day evening and my gift has still not been delivered. I also have not received any phone call or message from your end despite leaving call back requests.

There is no option to cancel order also. Now my friends birthday is over and I do not wish to send the gift. I will never order from here again. Will also tell other friends to stay away if my issue is not resolved.

If you had an issue to deliver you should not take the order at the first place especially when it is a special day like a Birthday. I wish to cancel my order and get a refund. Highly irresponsible. I understand during Covid times there can be an issue but then don't commit if you cannot deliver.

It's a total fraud company. Do not believe. We ordered a cake. They have cancelled it and till now they haven't refund my money. They don't respond to mail nor they have a proper contact number.

My order was already delayed over 24vhrs if that was not enough they did not attend any complaints and to top it all they delivered inedible horrible and sour cake with dried flowers will never recommend anyone to
buy from here and when they delivered it after 24hrs delay this is what was recived by ppl for whom had book to congratulate for their ANNIVERSARY CAN YOU IMAGING THEIR HORROR
