I was at my dad's place, & we were trying to snatch up the jr cakes we ordered from myflowertree. LOL

I had placed the order for 9th May, paid 99 for same day delivery. The delivery arrived by 12th may. During the period I was given no message or email and incessantly called and messaged all three days, only to receive automated replies. No customer service was provided and I was left to be frustrated. The flowers have already dried out on 13th may. Needless to say the service was pathetic so was the product and I will never be using their services again.

MyFlowerTree is another addition to the online e-commerce CHEATER group, They don't deliver gifts and bouquets on time as they advertise to deliver within 3 hours. They don't have any customer support where you can talk and discuss. I ordered one bouquet for a special occasion which supposed to be delivered within in 3 hours but it was get delivered next day after 24 hours. The delivery boy was so rude that he left the package on the ground and run away. I have given complaint online which is closed by saying that gift is delivered. What a customer service and support! Guys please don't buy any product, you will feel cheated!

I never wanted to leave these kind of reviews but this fake company made me to do so. I am currently at Australia and I have ordered a delivery on Mother's Day to surprise my mom but it was postponed to 10th which i can understand because of covid situation in India but i waited with so much patience till today and the order hasn't been delivered till now on the other hand I am unable to call them as they didn't provided any number on their website. Absolute scammers and it's the most worst service i have came across till date. Please don't put yourself in my situation.
