Worst Worst Service you can receive from any online shopping page they are not committed to what they say in my order history they told me that my order has been delivered even though my order hasn't been delivered to my house and when I asked them after waiting for like an hour they told me that my order wasn't processed out of lockdown OK that's fine I don't blame lockdown for their problems but they should not mention that my order has been delivered without informing me that your order has been delivered you to log down there there was no email nothing and now when I'm asking them for a refund because I paid and now they are not replying me to anything

My order for ******* for flower bouquet was supposed to be delivered today. It shows delivery status as delivery attempt made. However I didn't even received call from delivery boys nor he arrived at door step. Could you please elaborate as to on what basis the status was updated. If the attempt was made to deliver could you please share the call records for attempt made by delivery boy. The customer care service is pathetic with no responsive customer care number and only chatbot option which typically replies in an hour.

Ordered few gifts for my mom on Mother's day and asked the agent over the chat whether they will be able to deliver it without any fail and they promised to do so and then I made the order and waited till night for them to deliver and at the end of the day saw the status as will be delivering on the next day. Then why the heck they are doing fake same day delivery promotions? If they would have told me prior I could have arranged something else. I am abroad and I couldn't do much for my mom on mother's day. Thought of at least give her some surprise and see what happened. Don't order anything from this site. No response or answering of calls after the order has been made before that I was getting tons of emails and prompt reply on chats after that just automated msgs as reply. Stop cheating people you frauds! Refund my money back!

I ordered a gold luck plant and a teddy bear from this site. I was disappointed by their service and the products were of the worst quality. The teddy bear looks horrible and is of very bad quality. And the plant did not come in the case that I ordered. Please do not buy any items from this site.

There was an issue placing the order as the site said payment pending, whereas my card had already been charged. I had to call them and sort out the issue. There was no mesg mentioned on the cake when I had specifically told them what to write. The way the mesg was written was not nice either.The cake was not delivered in a proper condition. Online should make work easy not tedious.

Very poor quality and company I must say. On mothers day I ordered a mango cake and pink flowers. This is what got delivered. Floors seems old and cake is all squashed.
