I ordered some gifts for my son. They didn't delivered and when i asked refund they are not attending my calls and they blocked me. This is fake team

They are Frauds, You will not get the items You ordered. Pls dont order anything.
I have paid extra 200 rupees for fixed delivery time, but i didnt get the material on that time, then i kept calling them on very half an hour, then they forced me to pay 400 again to get the material. I have paid that, then finally they delivered different items which i was not ordered and they have spoiled my day.

I brought cake and flowers for my mother and paid Rs. 2175. The day of delivery their team asking additional amount for delivery. They are totally unprofessional service and moreover not ready to refund the amount.

The order for 10 White Orchids has turned to cheap Gerebera and white roses.

Highly disappointed and you have lost a repeat sale business, as this was a trial order...! VERY BAD!

Never knew you were crooks and have made us pay 1000/- for flowers worth 200/-

Very pathetic experience pls do not order Anything and don't spoil your plans. Very disappointed with the service and delivery. After birthday also we still waiting for our items delivery and still not delivered. Post order it is very difficult to trace them. Pls be aware of this and go for order.

I ordered a mother's day cake and dryfruit basket yesterday and even today the order has not been delivered. The customer care girl has stopped picking the phone and responding. What is the point of such late delivery when the occasion has passed. Still waiting for delivery. Neve going to book through this website again.

Never never order from here. They don't have sense of customer service. Did not deliver what was requested. On top of that, they don't respond to messages or calls. I placed order for red and pink flowers bouquet, they delivered completely different bouquet. Worse site I have experienced till date. The number of roses were also less as compared to what I had paid for…

It was my marriage anniversary I supposed to surprise my wife with 15 balloons cake and chocolates how ever they charge me 900 Rs for that and give gave the balloons without air or gas in it to blow ourselves. This is ridiculous and now no one is answering my emails. I will never order something from you guys and they charge 500 extra for the delivery. This is how you steal money fro your customers

Ordered 2kg blue berry cake for today's function at 9 am and received at 4pm. Also asked to mention name on the cake but unfortunately you didn't why? It was really very bad experience and we tried calling you many times not responding. For money you was attending the calls and messages on time. Really it was a bad experience and we are not at all happy in your bad service.

No one responding
No proper delivery
Once ur order placed they don't consider about ur queries this is my second order both order didn't deliver. Also no one inform about that. Even am trying on call for 12 hrs if I msg from my number they don't reply pls don't use this site 0 % statisfy

This review is especially for all the other people who shudnt be cheated like us. These people accept the order n later don't deliver it saying it's out of our reach without any prior information. Leave about abt the intimation from them but they keep the money and update the order status as success.
These bluddy cheaters should shut the company for posting fake reviews by their company people. Order was placed on 13th april 2022 and till now they have not delivered the product or refund our money. There customer service blocked our numbers and nor they reply via email. I have received one reply that i should apologise for asking my refund. They are scammers plz never order and get cheated like us. We are going to file a case against these people so no other person should face what we faced.

This is a scam! They ask you for the monney then they don't answer and they don't make any delivery! Pls $#*! this scam!

They cheat you, done deliver ur order, will talk arrogantly provoke you to get angry and at the end say we are stopping your order... done get into this cheap unprofessional cheating business.
