So sad. It was their mistake and said they will reimburse I have been going in circles emailing and calling. Each time they said they will escalate it. Been months! Thought this was a reputable company. It's proving to be the other way. I have been patient, but this is getting ridiculous

I cancelled a flight and I received letter stating that I would be fully refunded, shortly after I became ill which resulted in 4 surgeries including 1 open heart, as a result I was unable to work therefore I desperately needed my PROMISED REFUND, I've have called several times only to be hung up on or transferred around numerous times. All I ask is for what is rightfully owed and the company to honor its word. Liars and scammers making their money on the backs of hard working individuals, please stay away!

Company is a scam. MIL's flight was cancelled in April due to Covid, they would not refund. She passed away and we are still getting the run around. They keep saying they have contacted the airline and are waiting for a response. I have spoken with the airline and there has been zero contact from this company. Nothing but a scam. Judging by the return emails they are not located in North America. Stay away from this company at all costs - book with the airline directly.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE! I have been waiting since about July 1st (today is 10/26/2020) for a refund! I get the run around EVERY DAY THAT I CALL! I'm told it's being processed, call back tomorrow, 48 hrs, next week, six weeks, etc., etc... someone will call you back so they say but NO ONE EVVVVVVVER CALLS BACK! No supervisors are "ever" available to speak with me. And I still have NO ANWERS of when I will get my money back on a flight that was told to me was cancelled! THIEVES! STEALING MY MONEY!

AGREED! PERFECT SCAMMERS!

You book, they confirm, they cancel, they keep your money. They have a hotline to promise you a refund just to keep you from reporting this as fraudulent and to buy them time to scam more people!

Even farther, they're having auto-bots write hundreds of 5-star reviews to make them look legitimate - BUT if you look at all the 1-star reviews you'll see they're all the same complaints.

I was scammed out of $764 and 7 months later, and 1/2 dozen followups - still no refund. They'll give you the runaround saying it'll take 30 days to refund your card, then nothing until you follow up again, then they'll tell you there were issues with trying to charge your card back, so they'll mail you a check which will take another 10 days... nothing in the mail... so you follow up again... 10 more days... and so on and so on.

****I ENCOURAGE EVERYONE TO COPY THEIR REVIEWS TO TRUSTPILOT WHERE THEY'RE DECEIVING MORE PEOPLE. AND REPORT THEM TO BBB.

Do not use this company! Cancelled my flight and can't even get my money back... It's a scam... Called less then a month before leaving and stated our flight was cancelled. How does that happen when I booked 4 months ago? Give me my money back!

I believe this company is a scam why have they not been taken down yet!? I booked my flight in advance & never recieved a ticket! I called for a refund several times the first time they said they could not find my booking the second time they said my refund would show up in my account in 10 business days, never came! & then i call again they said I need more money to finish my booking, they also said I missed my booking, & told me I would recieve credit for another flight! Yeah right! Buyers beware!

Sadly, I bought a plane ticket with MFS. (Booking number *******)

My story is the same as many I've read about. The flight was cancelled, they NEVER gave me a heads up or an email about the cancellation. When I called MFS customer service, they told me they HAD sent me an email (even though they hadn't). I asked them in late June 2020 for a refund and they told me it would take 21-28 days to process because their systems were backed up due to COVID (?)
So, I waited a month, called back, and then they said just 10 more days.
So I waited 10 days, called back, then was told ‘just 5-7 business days'...
Lather, rinse, repeat, and what do you know? There's been a glitch and now they're going to mail me a check. Could take up to 14 days and their very sorry for the inconvenience. I ask to speak to a supervisor but unfortunately their supervisors are all in a meeting...

By this point I'm just playing a game that I don't expect to win but feel too stubborn to give up on. I call again, 14 days later, and they say it'll be fixed and electronically sent in 5 business days...
I ask to speak to a supervisor, apparently they're all in a meeting... I start getting really upset, explain my whole story and bad experience with them, and then he says the supervisors are coming out of their meeting and he'll go grab one for me. I wait on hold for 10 minutes and then the line cuts out.
So I call right back and now a lady tells me that they actually did mail a check, it's been processed, and that I should receive it in the mail any day now.
It's now late September, 2020, three months since I requested a refund for my flight that was cancelled. I don't ever expect to see the refund that they keep promising me.
Lesson learned, look up reviews BEFORE using ANY booking agency. I was blinded by the cheap flights. MFS is awful.

Worst company

The customer service representatives are writing these good reviews, because I was supposed to go on trip to Los angeles and they canceled the trip with out notifying me and I have not received my refund and everytime I call I get the run around. Just recently I learned that one of my friends is waiting on a refund from 2019. WORST FRAUDULENT COMPANY EVER.

Absolute scam artists

Booked a flight in March which I had to cancel. Got my refund but then a "computer error" took $2100 out of my account. Was told it would be back in my account in 3-5 business days and given 200 credit. It took almost 2 months and getting my bank involved to get my money back. Now trying to use the credit to get to my neices graduation party and customer service repeatedly hangs up on me. I am completely frustrated to say the least this type of thing should be illegal guess i won't make it home in time thanks for nothing

Unethical Business

I cancelled a flight within 24 hours and before the ticket was issued. My Flight Search customer service promised a full refund. Six months later and still no refund after many empty promises and missed deadlines. I am thoroughly disgusted with this unethical behaviour. My Flight Search should be shut down.

After much research, and many hours on hold with their call center in India, and then reading that they have lost their accreditation on the better business bureau people need to beware of this company! I do not expect to get the refund that they have continually promised to return to me, even after learning that the airline has already refunded them the full ticket price for our canceled flights.

Not sure which route is the best for you when you are travelling to various destinations, be it the flight connections, the fare, the return packages, the airlines comforts. All these factors are taken care of by none other than my favourite travel Co. Myflightsearch. Try them and you will know it.

Amazing flight service

Myflightsearch customer service reps are the best that I've come across. They listen patiently and help you out in whichever way they can. I recently had a great experience with one of them while booking a flight ticket.
