This company has not returned my money after the airline return the money to them. We could not fly due to COVID restrictions. American Airlines refunded MyFlightSearch and they never refunded us. It has been more than a year of back and forth with customer service and they always have an excuse. Please don't book through them, they are not TRUSTWORTHY!

My wife booked Alaska Airlines tickets thinking she was booking directly with the airline. When she couldn't get assigned seats or find any confirmation of the booking we called and called, but there was never any answer! We gave up, realized we were scammed and booked a flight directly with Alaska Air. Regardless of how often you try to reach customer service, realize, they don't have any customer service and you've been scammed. They never provided a proof of purchase, so don't think about booking with this company.

I would never book through them ever ever again! Two days before leaving for our wedding they called us that our flight was no longer available. We book with them a month ago. They were available to find us a flight after talking to 7 different agents. Then after 24 hrs our flight was canceled and change for the next day. They have good deals, but its not worth the stress & time, especially if you have things planned out for and traveling with children. I want wanna cry!

Booked flights with them for a trip I was taking, one of the flights was canceled, called right away to get a refund and was told I had to call the airline. I was able to get in contact with the airline and then was told the airline could do nothing about it, and I had to call my flight search. I did call my flight search and at this point they will not give me a refund as they have no record that I called within the first month, which I did, so now they will not give me my money back because it has been more than a month and that is there fault as they gave me the runaround to begin with. I am very unsatisfied and disappointed in the response I got and will never use them again. If I could give them zero stars I would.

Scammers

They should not be able to pretend to be an airline selling tickets. It should be a law that companies like this must state throughout that they are not the airline or have any direct connection with an airline when saying they are selling you tickets. Funny how they say it takes 4 hours to send you a ticket but at the same time telling you it's free to cancel within 4 hours. So basically they rip you off and hold your money for up to 10 business days if you try to cancel. I dont know about you but I dont have the money to pay for tickets twice, while I wait for a refund. They even pretend to be the airline when putting through the charge, something my bank told me when I called them. That to me is fraud If I could give it a minus start I would or even no star

Terrible and a Scam

This company seriously sucks. They told my I would receive my refund, and I have been trying for weeks to get the money back. Theyve hung up on me several times when I asked for a refund, even while I was being respectful. I never write reviews but I want people to know to STAY AWAY from this $#*! company.

It took me about 2-3 minutes to input all my information just so it could act like it went through but I never got a confirmation code or email sent to me so I called and the flight hadn't been booked and after all that I can't book the flight I need because it's been sold out now

I booked a ticket through these people they never would give me my e-ticket or my confirmation they kept giving me the runaround I finally wanted my money back. I never received my money back every time I called they just laughed so I would avoid using them unless you want your money stolen

I booked a flight with this company, to which I know for a fact that I put in the correct dates for departure and return. When I received my confirmation e-mail, I saw that the dates were incorrect. When I called their "customer service" to have them correct this, I was told that I had to pay an addition $250 for this because the "original" booking date was within a 7 day window and I was not allowed to cancel or change the dates for free. The reason the dates were within the 7 day window was their fault and the women who I was speaking to became extremely rude and hung up on me. When I called back twice, each time I was hung up on. Look at other websites regarding reviews for them, they are ALL bad. Not sure why this website has any good reviews... seems very scamish to me. PLEASE do not support this company, you will get ripped off.

Please Beware...

I booked online tickets through mysearch.com. Once the transaction was completed, I never received my tickets. I attempted to call the customer service which, tells you they have a very high volume and to leave a message. I finally got someone the next morning and asked a couple of questions regarding my flight and tickets. He responded, go to Delta's website and all your questions will be answered. I said I booked the ticket through you. Never mind, it's under 24 hours, please cancel my reservation for a full refund. At this point, my card had already been charged, with no ticket information. I then requested a cancellation number, an email was sent with the same booking confirmation number. As of today, I called several weeks later to be told, the refund has been processed but it will take 7-14 days may be longer but you will receive your refund. AFTER, being hung up on by several people, once I mentioned REFUND. Please BE AWARE. Prayerfully I will receive my refund, it was for several tickets and a large amount. I hope others are reporting them to the BBB.

Be aware of this Scam and Fraud company.
Very bad customer service.
They always cut the phone
No clear answer and keep on hold for long time then cut off.
Never got my refund.
They get angry and can't communicate with clear English.
Advice never use them!
I'm seeking legal help to let them stop cheating other people.

I have bought, or thought I bought tickets through myflightsearch.com. However they have scammed me of $299.45. I have no idea who to report to! I am so ashamed that allow myself to believe in this company. It is the worst service no management, no super visors, no one to reach out to for assistance. I am sick at the notion that this has happened!

Please whom ever is out there do your research or call the flight company itself and book your flights that. Never go through a middle company. Save yourself from losing.

I purchased tickets 2 weeks ago haven't received my e-tickets and they keep giving me the run-around... Called the airline and was told they cancelled my flight the same day that it was purchased without my permission. I'm so angry... I was traveling to see my Mom but now can't afford getting more tickets. They waited long said the flights were no longer available and had to rebook but they didn't refund me for the other tickets...

SCAMMERSSSSS
Do NOT Book with them!
They'll change your flight so that you have a ludicrous layover (50 hours in Edmonton), then you'll request a refund once you realize their incompetence, and that they won't offer any help fixing your flight. They'll collect the refund from the airline and keep the money for themselves. You will never receive your refund and the airline will claim to have issued it!
