Not as advertised

Bought an internal digital TV Ariel, Installed exactly as per instructions, advertised as picking up signals as far away as60 miles, I live 25 km from central Melbourne and could only pick up Channel 31. Rubbish do not buy one of these, and there return policy is also rubbish. My Deal should be No Deal..

Purchase never arrived

I purchased a folding knife from myDeal, and received a confirmation email on the 24 August 2020 that the product was on its way. Tracking number was also provided. The package hasn't arrived, and Australia post claim that they have no record of the tracking number. I tried to contact MyDeal directly, however, this seems impossible to do. I have a sense that this is scam and suggest buyer beware!

BAD! Customer service, do not buy from "MY DEAL" can't contact or email anyone, it's all automated system where you can't reach for help.
Once you purchased a product that's it can't cancel. Money greedy company, No support whatsoever, does not deserve any Stars

Worst Experience Ever

I had the worst experience. Delivered to wrong address, was charged $101 to have item returned to warehouse & MyDeals did nothing for me.
I'd rather pay more and go to a better company and one that protects their customers instead of ripping them off

Purchased more than once from my deal! Latest "Bad Purchase" was a chicken coop! Over $300 and $100 plus for delivery! The seller is a shonk! Im stuck with a poor quality item that the seller previously didnt send till i cracked! Then there was the egg incubator? Noisy chinese junk that has a broken egg turner! It cant keep its temp and again stuck with it? Offerd a refund: Originally" Then nothing? Then they want a sound recording but the site wont except file! No phone support! My Deal obviously dont care who they get their stock via an once yr money is in their system? They dont care! I am shocked at how this company uses the covid excuse not to deal with disgruntled customers! DO NOT SHOP WITH THIS COMPANY the photos of the chicken coop cracked roof screws too small for the attached cage or flower pot! Powder paint its useless! Not anything as described!

No communication

I ordered a slab of Chinotto on 28/8/20. I received a receipt from PayPal but no acknowledgment at all from MyDeal re my order being received or dispatched. Eventually, on 11/9/20, I emailed MyDeal but received no reply. I tried phoning, only to get a recorded message saying their call centre was unattended due to COVID and that I should email them. I then emailed PayPal on 16/9/20 requesting them to look into it. Finally, on the 17th I received a text from Aus Post telling me my order was dispatched and I then received it today on the 18th. Still no direct communication from MyDeal through the whole process. Very poor communication.

I purchased a Blacklight, cost $40 plus $15 for shipping. Supposed to take a matter of days for delivery from Melbourne to Queensland. Their phone number from their message bank just gives the pathetic excuse, "Due to covid the answering service is unavailable". After much hassle chasing up my delivery, it took nearly a month to arrive. When it did arrive it did NOT work, it was electronically faulty. Tried to contact the company and a message bounced back "CASE CLOSED". Tried various methods to send emails to no avail, no response. A non-existing, disgusting service. I can not rate them low enough as I have to give them at least one star that they do not deserve. Unable to get a refund or a replacement.

Absolutely pathetic service - i would not recommend this to anybody!.
Waited nearly three weeks, and then called Australia Post to find out it had been delivered to a different address. I have now written 3 emails to this company to either tell me where it has been sent or issue a refund.
Im yet to receive a reply! Absolutely pathetic service!
P. S Im still awaiting an email! I will make sure to spread the word to everybody i know, about this service

I purchased a king bed sheet set.
My understanding of a sheet set is a top sheet and a bottom sheet and pillow cases.
I have done research on this and I was correct with what I have always purchased in the past. I purchased through my deal a sheet set, arrived was a bottom fitted sheet and two pillow cases. When I questioned my deal they of course pushed me off the the scammer seller who quickly told me a sheet set is one sheet and two pillow cases. His name is Jeffrey. Well I have purchased dozens of sheets sets over the past 40 years and never have I come across this. Oh good old Jeffrey had a solution I had to pay another $38 to get the top sheet. I believe this is the scam and I have not been offered a refund I just keep getting the same email repeating the same thing. And my deal just keeps pushing off to the scammer seller. So be careful of my deal and Ecoliving collection

Hi. Product (phone battery) arrived flat, not working/faulty and was not complete. My deal customer service would not arrange refund or provide a solution. Poor performance. - 1 star.

Try Contacting Them

Has to be the worst online company to try & contact.
There is no where that I could find to call or send an email to find out where the heck my item was.
They sent me a tracking number with the courier listed as "OTHER".
Will never use them again & would highly recommend you think twice before doing the same.

On Saturday 22nd August 2020 I bought a Stanley Rogers 6pc Acacia Black Knife Block Set Stainless Steel for $74.50 for when I move into my own unit in September 2020 so I could use it for myself to cook for when my family and friends come over since the knives are always sharp so they just cut to perfection. The staff were kind and thoughtful to me and the service was terrific because they gave me a cash refund of $64.50 since it was delayed in the post.
