I have been with the Rewards program for over 10 years It was much better for us when you could use your rewards to purchase something, even if it did have Coke written all over it. There are no more rewards just enter your codes for contest drawings that no one seems to win, read the reviews! If Coke wants to get out of the rewards business why don't they just say so and do it instead of making everyone mad, I use to think better of the company but not so much now. Goodbye Coke!

I have a jar full of caps and labels that I can't use to win any sweepstakes b/c Coke has NONE listed! Instead, they want you to donate to all these diff charities. Of course, its nice to do an I do that on occasion but more then ever, during a darn pandemic, it would be nice to be able to have some hope you might win something. But they instead want people who have no job to donate and took all the sweeps away? Coke this
Is a BIG disappointment and I will no longer purchase coke if another option is on a better sale b/c the points aren't worth it.

Like so many others here, I used to LOVE the My Coke Rewards program. Enter codes, save up points, pick cool prizes. What's not to love. THEN they changed it. Not so great, but at least I could still enter points and get AMC movie tickets, $5 Amazon cards, etc. THEN they changed it AGAIN. Complete waste of my time. No concrete prizes, only "chances to win." Haven't won one single thing from this new iteration. I'm done. I think it's time to throw my caps in the trash and switch to a healthier drink... WATER.

Several years ago I was enrolled in the Coke Rewards program and was impressed with it. Now there is nothing worth saving for. Couldn't Coke at least offer reward coupons for a six or 12 pack of Coke to loyal Coca Cola drinkers like myself?
Even when dining out I usually order coke. If not available I'll drink water. Pepsi or any other cola option is never acceptable.
By the way, when at home I drink caffeine free regular coke. I wish it were available at more places(restaurants, movies, free standing drink machines, 7-11s...) than grocery stores.

I used to love Coke Rewards and would save up my codes for Shutterfly products and AMC snacks and movie tickets. I didn't mind that I had to save up 10 or 20 codes to get a reward. Now the site is nothing but contests that no one ever wins. Today I saw a $5 Target gift card offer so I entered my code only to find out it that is also a sweepstakes... no mention of that in the ad banner, which of course I didn't win. There is not a single "reward" on the site that is not an Instant-Win sweepstakes. So my bag of codes just keep getting bigger because I'd rather save them up for a real reward than waste them on an Insta-Win that I'll never win. Thanks, Coke.

Been a member of coke rewards since 2010 and seeing what the site has become enraged me. 2 and a half years later and coke has done absolutely nothing good to benefit me or consumers in anyway. I spent those same two years complaing to coke about the absurdity of its "rewards" program and nothing was done whatsoever. I've had holidays and birthdays ruined because of this crap. Worthless charities forced on us which I will never waste caps on unless I get something in return and equally worthless insta win offers you will never ever win and if you do its just an entry just to win which again you won't get anything. The final straw was making the easiest items like a 2 dollar Amazon gift card or a amc voucher insta win. I'm sick of the crap cokerewards has pulled. Two and a half years of garbage they've pulled. There was nothing wrong with the original rewards program and they change it into something worse. I've called again and complained and voice my concerns and again coke doesn't care. If people put more pressure on the company and its sham of a rewards program maybe things would change. But then again they won't.

I have won countless awards on mycokerewards.com, from Hardee's, Burger King, Wendy's, etc... The scam of it all is... Every time I win an award I get a message stating it will go to my email. I NEVER receive any of the rewards. They customer service is HORRIBLE. They just blame it on my email provider, even though I have changed my email THREE times and none ever go to any email. This program should be reported to the Better Business Bureau and shut down immediately. Coca Cola should be absolutely ashamed of themselves.

As with many other reviewers, I found the "old" coke rewards program to be quite fun and it made sense. Save up your bottle caps and periodically "earn" a coupon for a free 12-pack or something. Did that for years. I just knew when they announced this "new and improved" program that we were going to get $crewed. I have probably 200-300 bottle caps and at least 100 codes from 12 packs that I will probably just end up tossing away. I was able to get rid of a bunch last year when they offered $2 Dunkin Donuts gift cards by using pretty much every email address of everyone I'd ever known. LOL. At least I got something for them. This year... nothing. I refuse to waste my time scanning them for a charity which will probably never see a cent. I played a couple of the raffles. Maxed out the codes every day for the entire window the game was open and didn't win a thing. It's actually kind of liberating though. I find myself buying Pepsi again and Dr Pepper and other drinks I had avoided because they didn't have "the code". Coke needs to just wrap it up. This is worse than having no program.
