I have been a long time customer and have always received great tech support. For this they get 5 stars. HOWEVER, the customer service reps who initiate the tickets must be on commission as they are always hyping and pushing new products - and must be trained to not understand or accept the word NO. It is SO OBNOXIOUS! And for this, they lose a star. I actually would take even more stars away but don't want the rating of the actual technical support to be affected.

My computer would jump from one page to another on its oun. Tech found prob in that my touch screen was malfuncting. Since I do not use the feature I would never have gussed that was the issue.

Just in time.

We called as we were on a suspicious call that was helping us on our computer problem, only they gave me a ticket number & I called UST123 to see if that was in fact a real ticket they were working on NOW. They said no and walked me through how to safely get them out of my computer, the technician who helped was Jason and he was knowledgeable, patient and kind - peace of mind!

Been a member for years. They have helped me with every computer and program I have. They have helped me set up the printers, get my wifi going as we have different houses, and the list goes on and on. They are always polite even though I am totally frustrated; they are patient with me. They take the time to listen to my problems. At my age, I need these people to help me with a machine that was not in my childhood---it wasn't in my adulthood either. I especially appreciate that I can trust them to do the job, and not do something illegal. Nowadays, that is a real plus for a company.

If I have any issues with my computer, MyCleanPC takes it over remotely and solves the problems. One year, the Technician even told me when I needed a new motherboard. They are diligent and thorough!

I paid for a yearly subscription, received fake calls immediately after. The program was subsequently self deleted from my computer. I called support, they used remote access to "fix" it (I watched them, all they did was lower my firewall.) I paid $20 extra for identity protection software. (they didn't install anything extra.) The program self deletes again a month later, I call software with all my correct info including my order number, and they said that they don't have that order number. They said I never paid for anything. SCAM.
