I don't know what I'd do without the tech support of US Tech. They keep my computer running full speed with no viruses...
Older computer need to be worked non had slowed down alot. Tech took the time and helped me get issues fixed. I am glad I found them and they cleaned my computer and have it runnign great again.
I have used this service for about 15 years. US Tech was initially under the name of CyberDefender. As a former faculty member at a major midwestern university and under constant pressure to be productive, I could not afford downtime on my PC. US TECH/Cyberdefender saved me many, many, many headaches and disassemblies, trips to the Geek Squad at Best Buy, and reassemblies of my PC. I would never be without US TECH/Cyberdefender. Since starting with the service, I have co-authored five textbooks, as well as number of journal articles and conference papers, not to mention creating websites, writing exams, preparing and posting course materials for students on Blackboard. US TECH/Cyberdefender helped me remain productive with a minimum of wasted downtime. I have the full line from US TECH/Cyberdefender. Bitdefender, My Clean PC, My Clean ID, Get My Drivers, and its PC insurance. I love US TECH/Cyberdefender. All my problems are resolved professionally, conveniently, and promptly. The receptionists are attentive and courteous, the technicians are awesome. All I have to do is call in for a tune-up and relax. In a couple of hours, the problem is gone!

The problem I had was of very serious nature in that I was able to not lose crucial documents months of work had gone into these & in the long run I am grateful for the help I have used their services for few years and have no complaints & will continue to do so (have recently expanded their services to 3 more computers --- thx!
Very quick basic going over of the computer and cleaning it up of errors in the registry, old files, stuff like that. I did use a deep clean once took longer but more complete. A tech told mre not to bother that
They will clean the computer deeply every couple of weeks or monthly. It speeds up the computer Feel better knowing I have a program that will fix most of my problems easily. Had the program for several years. Cheap to buy and own.

They looked after your computer when you have a problem 24-7. They solved my problem, no problem. I recommend P. C. Clean to anyone that has a laptop or computer.

These guys are great and its a real value for what you pay. I've been using them for years and i think they are fantastic. They always solve my problems or answer my questions. They really know what they are doing for sure. They help me out so much and the price they charge is worth every penny. I would be stuck not being able to do things on my computer if they didn't help me. I recommend them for sure.

I had begun to experience an annoying number of pop ups and many of them seemed to be coming from USTech and MyClean PC which I have been a subscriber to for more than five years. Although the first person I spoke with was very difficult to understand she listened carefully and sent me to her supervisor who was easier to understand. He was helpful and sold me a new plan but also rolled me over to the technician, Josh, who was terrific to work with, very helpful and very easy to understand. I am pleased with my service and call today.
