I couldn't get on the internet due to a page that said my computer had a virus and to call a certain number. It would not go away.

I could not get on the internet and you not only got me on the internet, you cleaned extra junk on my computer that I didn't need.

Screen was covered with a virus message and frozen. Computer just wouldn't work. Tech was very through and solved the problem.

I been using US Tech Support for a number of years and I have been please to have all of my technical issues solve. Thank You.

Logan got my printer back on wireless. I have to operate the laptop to find out if the "freeze" problem has beenresolved.

What I can mostly said, I've said before. We've been with you folks since the Cyberdefender years, and it's been ALL GOOD.

My problems was speed and cursor extreme slowness reacting to a command. Also to clean up any type of virus or malware.

I believe I had a virus and it kept popping up so I called you and it took them a while but the virus did not come back.

Helped me download my early detection 4.0 and checked and corrected any problems I had that were slowing down my computer

I had deleted the program by mistake and could not get it back. The tech had to download the program and all is fine.

I have been one loyal customer with you, and appreciate all you can you. Please keep up the good work... thank u.

New the cause of the problem immediately and why it happens. Also cleaned up other problems found on a virus scan.

I had to get my subscription renewed, but now i have a new issue that needs resolved. (Google Chrome won't launch)

I had to go to bed before the technician finished working so I'm about to see if my problem actually was solved.

Bought a new printer, it worked one day, then nothing. Your tech support guy was awesome, and fixed it for me.

I have been having issues for about a month and I am hoping this resolves the problem. I will try the pc now.
