The computer had been invaded and spyware and malware had been placed on it. US Tech support cleaned and removed all of that. Now the computer should be safe to use again.

I used the USTech Icon to run a scan. My computer has been so slow and a couple of my everyday programs would not open up. So I called to see if I could fix all the issuer

I have used MyCleanPC for over 10 years. Unless you are a computer guru you should not be without this service. This is an incredible value for the money. Instead of having brain damage... just call and let them do their thing while you do yours.
Or you can just pull your hair out for 4 or 5 hours and get nothing done!

I had pop-ups displaying fake warning message and a phone number to call and get the issue fixed. The technician was very quick in fixing the issue. Thanks.

I am not sure if the problem was fixed. I just called the tech & told them to scan my computer---they could not have scanned my computer in 15 minutes.

Problem not totally solved put I can print from the lap top now. Going to have to call net gear and find a solution to fix wireless printing capabilities.
