Internet Explorer stops working at random and it has done it just now as I was checking to see if the problem was solved. This is the cause of the contact with you in the first place today. So my problem has not been solved.

I have not actually been able to get back in to my computer to make sure it's working properly. The timing of the summary needs to be revised so the client can go in and make sure the problems are solved before having to say yes.

Was unable to edit addresses in my DesignPro 5 program from Avery. Still cannot edit these addresses nor can I print them for manual editing.

This is the first time that U.S. Tech was not able to fix my program problem.

I always feel very confident my computer was scanned, bad stuff removed, etc... having ustechsupport on my side is a good feeling... if I have questions, they are answered... I am now more computer-aware... thanks guys!

Working on thanksgiving videos I had audio but no video. After several hours and getting no where I called and your man fixed the problem quickly. Excellent service. Thank you so much. God Bless. Ron McTaggart.

Reported a message from Firefox about a critical error about an adware spyware virus and told to call a number to correct, but called US Tech Support instead, because of the trust I have in US Tech Support.

I kept getting pop-up messages telling me I needed to update my drivers. This was false and they removed it. Also, they put a new icon on my desktop for my new e-mail which I appreciate. I love this service.

My PC was slowing down and I felt it was time to clean it up. They did just that. And took care of the latest bugs. Plus my tech was easy to understand. Extremely professional and pleasant to speak with.

Creeps locked up my new computer. Thank you, Jose', you were wonderful! Thanks to the other tecs, too. Boy, was I bummed out! The price was certainly great, also. Merry Christmas to all. Whee!

My computer sound was muted. I couldn't get it to unmute. Called for help. You went beyond what I called about and check for viruses. Two were found and they were removed. Thanks for the great work.

I had a problem with my emails writing over to my outlook account from Yahoo. Jonathan was able to do a thorough check and was able to correct the issue. Thank you Jonathan and Merry Christmas!

System is much faster and I saw how many temp files were lingering around in my computer, and now they are gone. Thank you all and have a Merry Christmas and may the New Year bring prosperity to all.

After several days and three or four different phone techs one which was Jose. He finally understood and got me through this mess. You should give Jose a great big pat on the back and big raise.

Tech on phone was able to help and understand the problem with cd/dvd external drive. Was able to give and show reason dvd would not play dvd, but would play cd. Player laser was not functioning.

I received a message supposedly from Microsoft that I had a virus and unless I called their number my computer would be shut down. I call US Tech and the issue was taken care of in about an hour.

I have had several things go wrong with my computer that if I had not had US Tech Support, I would have had to buy a new computer. Thanks so much US Tech Support. A great value and good friend.

I had problem with my mouse. Asked assistance from US Tech Support and with 1 hour system was diagnose with defective mouse and also had my PC cleaned and optimized. Thank you tech support.

My problem was solved as far as AOL useage is conserned, but now I cannot send mail because of Adobe is somehow involved which it never was before. Will not send mail and that is a problem

My problem today was with the computer not communicating with my wireless printer. The technician was great but it may be a faulty printer so the problem could not be fixed.

It was working fine. I closed the computer down and when I reopened it, it came up with a strange opening screen. I couldn't get into any of my files. It appears to be ok now.
