Internet Explorer stops working at random and it has done it just now as I was checking to see if the problem was solved. This is the cause of the contact with you in the first place today. So my problem has not been solved.
I have not actually been able to get back in to my computer to make sure it's working properly. The timing of the summary needs to be revised so the client can go in and make sure the problems are solved before having to say yes.

I kept getting pop-up messages telling me I needed to update my drivers. This was false and they removed it. Also, they put a new icon on my desktop for my new e-mail which I appreciate. I love this service.

After several days and three or four different phone techs one which was Jose. He finally understood and got me through this mess. You should give Jose a great big pat on the back and big raise.
Tech on phone was able to help and understand the problem with cd/dvd external drive. Was able to give and show reason dvd would not play dvd, but would play cd. Player laser was not functioning.
I received a message supposedly from Microsoft that I had a virus and unless I called their number my computer would be shut down. I call US Tech and the issue was taken care of in about an hour.

My problem today was with the computer not communicating with my wireless printer. The technician was great but it may be a faulty printer so the problem could not be fixed.
