I still get some kind of message that pops up wanting me to okay something... that I didn't okay... It's strange and it just keeps popping up. Next time it does... I'll write down what it says... It's asking me to okay something... I'm sure my tech rep didn't put it on there. If it comes up and does not go away. I will call back. Your Tech reps are amazing people.

My laptop was running slow and I will told by a local tech that I had some dead spots in the hard drive. Your tech cleaned and checks for virsus. He left me a message that this was taken care of but forgot to say if he checked hard drive. I was assured after I called that everything was fine.

My brand new laptop was hijacked by rogues who locked the system and demanded $300 to release my laptop. Andre (agent 0163) took charge and removed the virus and temporary files holding my laptop hostage. Very efficient and very professional. Commendable.
The young lady who spoke with me was disappointed that I didn't subscribe to your maintenance program, but I really don't need any maintenance with your program "My Clean PC" your program is very good and cleans my PC better than McAfee or anything else I've tried.
The activation code would not work for me that was emailed to me after I purchased your program. A technician had to access my computer to get it to work which I was uncomfortable with but seems I had no choice to get the program to function.

The Technician informed me that my computer works as fast as it receives data from the ISP and that my Modem could be my problem. We did a power surge on the modem and that was my problem... the modem was not at the speed provided by my ISP.

I received warnings of virus, plus PC was telling me I entered wrong password before I even entered one. Work was finished much quicker than I anticipated. Haven't had time to be sure all problems were resolved but feel confident they were.
