After 3 phone calls, I finally got Office Professional 2019 downloaded onto my computer. The directions sent with the email containing the product key were NOT correct for my windows 10 PC for some reason. What the instructions were telling me to do was not available so I ended up calling. While the technicians were helpful, they would only give you one step and say, "if that doesn't work, call back"... STAY ON THE PHONE THE FIRST TIME UNTIL THE PROGRAM IS INSTALLED!
I purchase a Microsoft produce from My Choice Software and there were a number of issues with trying to get Microsoft to register the product. The customer service team of Jay, Ryan and Wassef stayed on it, did some magic and I am up and running brilliantly. They followed up and made sure that everything was working properly.

I initially purchased the incorrect version of Office. I called the company and explained my error, they were more than happy to help with canceling that version and getting the correct version.
I'm a repeat customer of My Choice Software because their prices are more reasonable than other sites. However, I did not get EXACTLY what I wanted. I wanted Microsoft Project STANDARD 2019. I was "upgraded" to Microsoft Project PROFESSIONAL 2019. However, I do not see this as an "upgrade". I see this as receiving something that contains features that I did not need nor wanted. The reason I feel this way is that there it is not 100% guaranteed that the Professional version will perform exactly as the Standard version. I create tools in VBA for Microsoft Project so I need the exact same environment that my customers use, which is the Standard version. However, I went through this same issue with Project 2016, so I am taking a chance that I will not have any issues with the Professional version. For whatever reason, the Standard version never seems to be available. In the future, if you do not have something, then do not list it on your website as being available. An unwanted "upgrade" is not the best solution.
To start with I take pleasure in writting this review.
I had a hard drive failure and lost several of my programs. I purchased the Office Professional 2019 from My Choice Software I could not get my PC to download the new version of Office. I called the support team and they went out of their way to help me resolve my issue. I was very impressed with their knowledge and even more impressive was they made you know they really cared about helping you get up and going. In closing I again want to thank the support team.

Quick and easy purchase I don't really have much else to say, but they want me to use 100 words. The one thing I don't like is that the download instructions weren't that good; fortunately I knew how to download software befre, so it was not a big deal.
On every level; price, correspondence, ease of install, legitimately exceeds expectations. There's a lot of tension purchasing software this way, but this purchase was remarkably smooth. Bookmarking this website for future purchases.

Update: after writing here several days ago that MyChoiceSoftware charged me for the product bought on-line for digital download then emailed to say that the product was not in stock, I emailed to request that I be refunded since I could not wait indefinitely. The refund was done within 24 hours of the original on-line purchase, which I appreciate, but it would be good for the website to indicate when a product is not in stock, and estimated restock/shipping date, as many other commercial websites do.
You have charged my credit card but have not delivered the product via digital download and have written to say that you are out of stock.
At first I ordered the wrong product for my computer. I contacted My Choice to explain the mistake. No problem I was refunded the amount. I reordered the correct product only to learn it was backordered. After 2 weeks and still on backorder I was provided an upgraded product to meet my needs. Could not ask for better customer service.

Disappointed in my last purchase from MyChoice software
I am very disappointed in my last purchase since I was unable to download the software I purchased. I ordered this in September and started traveling for work and got caught up in Christmas right afterward. Two weeks ago I tried to download the McAfee software I purchased, I followed the link to the site to put in my activation key and then received an "Invalid Activation Code" message. I called MyChoice support and Jay answered and passed me off to McAfee support. McAfee support took the code, checked it out and then told me that I would have to go back to the vendor that I purchased the product from. I called Jay back and asked him to help me make my purchase right. Jay took my email and phone number and said that they would get back to me. Later that evening I received a call from a woman who said she was from MyChoice quizzing me as to why I didn't load the software right away, she didn't commit to any solutions and to this day I still haven't received a new license key or my software.
Good price and services, i ordered microsoft products from them and they are able to help immediately.
I ordered MS Office Home/Student license at a great price. The transaction was simple to complete. I expected to be able to download the software at the point of purchase, but was unable to do so. This took place over the holidays so I figured support would be minimal. Nevertheless, I sent an email and received a response that the software was unavailable and I could receive a full refund if so desired. I wished I could have been told this when I was ordering. I decided to keep the order and was told that licenses would be available in about a week. Much to my surprise, I received an email this morning letting me know my order was still out of stock, but at no additional cost I could download the Home/Business software suite. I just completed my download and install and everything works great. Thank you MyChoiceSoftware!
