Just ordered Office Pro 2019. Got excellent response time when I asked questions to customer service (Sergio). Did not wait long to receive the License email.
MS Project installation was flawless. Instructions were extremely easy to follow and I learned the Ctrl J shortcut.
I bought Microsoft Office for Mac as a new Mac user. They responded promptly (within minutes) via email to my questions. They even upgraded me to the business version as they were out of the student version which is what I had purchased. It installed seamlessly and works well. I must admit that I was concerned at first but their customer service and ease of download/install convinced me to trust them. I would definitely recommend them and use them again!

I needed an older version of Microsoft Office, which isn't available to download directly from Microsoft anymore. I purchased the software from MyChoiceSoftware over the weekend and it turns out they didn't have that exact version in stock, but I received an email on Sunday asking if I would like the business version (still the older one that I needed) without paying the additional cost. I really appreciated the quick response and I downloaded the business version and it works just fine. I will buy from MyChoiceSoftware again.

I purchased the software and because it was on a Saturday, I saw it would take up to 4 hours to receive the download link. After about 81/2 hours, no link so I emailed the MyChoice and about 4 hours later received the link
The download went well except it downloaded Publisher, Outlook and Access for which I did not purchase and of course the authorization code does not cover so now I have to go and delete those parts off my hard drive.
Ordered software and had a problem downloading - called & the technician guided me and I was able to complete the download. Very helpful & courteous! Highly recommend.
Received the download within an hour-on a holiday weekend. Unsuccessful first download attempt but once the original program was uninstalled, the new updated software loaded easily and quickly. No problems with the installation key or install. Detailed instructions made it easy.
