Buying the software Microsoft Office Home and Business 2019 was easy enough. The price was right. The direction that were given to download the program was too vague. They could have been more specific. It took several calls to customer service for help trial and error on my own to finally download the program.

Just purchased this product. Download file went to an unusual spot in my email (Gmail). I called to get help. The rep immediately identified the issue, showed me where to find the email. After frustrations with Google Docs, I decided to purchase Microsoft Office 2007, a bit outdated, I know, but I know it from work and it solves all my problems. The software arrived in less than 30 minutes, no problems installing it, and when I had issues activating it I called the helpline number, where Jessica gave me a special number at Microsoft to call. Have purchased from MyChoice many times before, will continue to do so. I see the odd complaint about bad activation codes but I've never had an issue, have purchased probably 20+ products from them over a couple years.

Delivery took about 30 minutes as expected and although I had a minor issue during installation, support responded and I got it solved.

Follow the instructions in the email to install the software, and 1st make sure you got the correct computer hardware and software configuration to operate software correctly. I like using that word correct and correctly when I can.

So far so good. Customer service was friendly and the software seems to be working adequately. Nice to find a company that still sells older software.
