I purchased licenses for two earlier versions of Microsoft Office: 2007 and 2010. After I downloaded and installed the software, I tried to activate the programs and received the same error message for each -- that the activation code had already been used up. I called the customer service "800" number, and the representatives I spoke with fixed the problem quickly. Both versions were activated and now run fine.
